Horrible. I used to like the taste and food here before Covid, but my recent experience was pathetic. First of all they have changed the dish(plastic tray) in which they used to serve big combos. For other small combos they are still using the plastic dish. Previously the quantity was good, but now it is very less for sabjis. They are now serving in the small thermocol glass, which is used for serving tea/coffee. The person who was arranging the dish for me was serving me dal in this small thermocol cup, but later I shouted at him to give in a bowl. Either this joint is running out of money or has no interest in serving the food properly. The chef forgot to add salt in jeera aloo. Chole tasted very bland, paneer gravy was too sweet. This was my last visit to this outlet. Message for management: you are taking a good amount of money for these type of combos, requesting you to respect the customers and not take them...

Food: We ordered a sev puri and gulab jamun at this particular outlet. Sev Puri: It was quite good overall, well-balanced taste & flavour profile. No complaints. Gulab Jamun: A standard Indian sweet, nothing great about it. Not the best I have tasted but definitely not bad at all.
Ambience: It's part of the food court in Vega City mall, so that's the ambience one can expect.
Service & Staff: We visited on a weekday, the service was quite fast. We had no issues with that.
Value for money: I think this particular branch is slightly pricier compared to a few others; perhaps since it's located inside a mall. Not a very large difference though.
I have visited other branches of Kailash Parbhat and do enjoy a lot of their chats and...
Read moreFood was okiesh... We took veg thali. As part of veg thali we got 2 tandoori rotis, jeera rice, one dry aloo gobhi sanji, one paneer sabji, one chole sabji, one dal , one chaas, one small gulabjamun. The plates used for serving was very small , one cannot eat properly in that plate. It was so conjusted... Moreover they have paneer sabji in a separate cup which is usually a chai/tea cup... We were surprised to see such kind of serving... They can use big plates to serve people so that it makes a good user experience eating food with no hurdles... With current plate size it's a task to take sabji out of a chai cup and eat it... And other sabjis or rice or anything... Also gulab jamun size was soooooo smallll .... They should increase the size of it... Or instead give 2 gulabjamuns as...
