Lively Ambience and Tasty Food, with Room for Improvement in Service
I recently visited Butterfly - Brew Bite and Fly restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts about the overall experience. While the place had a lively ambience that attracted a diverse crowd, there are a few areas where improvements could be made.
Let's start with the positives. The restaurant had a vibrant atmosphere, which created a pleasant dining experience. The lively ambience set the tone for an enjoyable evening, and the diverse crowd added to the overall charm. It's always great to see a place that appeals to people from different walks of life.
The food at Butterfly - Brew Bite and Fly was quite tasty. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was appealing. I appreciated the effort put into creating dishes that were both visually appealing and delicious. It's evident that the chefs have skill and talent when it comes to preparing the menu.
However, I did notice a need for improvement in terms of the staff's approachability. While they were courteous, there seemed to be a lack of warmth and friendliness. It would be beneficial if the staff were trained to be more approachable, as it would enhance the overall dining experience and make guests feel more welcomed and comfortable.
Additionally, while the food was enjoyable, there is still room for improvement. While some dishes stood out in terms of taste and presentation, others fell short of expectations. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to consistently maintain the high standard across all their menu items. By refining certain aspects of their dishes, they can elevate the dining experience and leave a lasting impression on their patrons.
In conclusion, Butterfly - Brew Bite and Fly offers a lively ambience and tasty food that is sure to attract a diverse crowd. The vibrant atmosphere and appealing flavors create a pleasant dining experience. However, it is essential for the staff to be trained to be more approachable, as this would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers. Additionally, while the food tasted nice, there is room for improvement in terms of consistency and refinement. With some attention to these areas, Butterfly - Brew Bite and Fly has the potential to become an even more remarkable dining destination.

Read moreVisited the place on a Sunday afternoon after seeing good reviews on Google Maps and Zomato. This place was formerly Levitate Brewery and is now renamed as Butterfly Brew Bite and Fly. It's located on the third floor and there are two levels within the premises - a smoking zone on the top floor and a non-smoking zone below it. We ordered the following: Chicken Manchow Soup, Nasi Goreng with chicken skewers, fried egg and peanut chutney along with beverages of Peach Iced Tea and Passion of Pineapple. While the beverages were served quite soon, the food took a while. Soup was quite tasty though the quantity was less. It took quite a while to serve the main course of Nasi Goreng and I had to keep following up. It was served after a wait of about 30 mins. While the fried rice was good, the chicken skewers could have been better. Crisps were also served on the side but tasted odd, mostly due to it being fried in same oil as something else. While the staff were friendly, they had to be reminded few times for water. Additionally, cutlery was placed for two of us only after asking for it. There is a scope for improvement on the service side. Coming to price, it's quite heavy on the pocket. A mocktail costs ₹350+. Menu is quite spread over different cuisines. Valet parking is available and there is some area nearby for two...

This was near to our place too. On the top floor, big space, decently lit up.
We choose the open area on the terrace, and felt good being seated there.
The service was good and pretty fast, the lady who took our orders were prompt and she kept checking if we needed something more.
But everything went for a toss when the experience on the food came down. Nachos was good, mushroom tasted well, but the other things like the paneer, Palak channa tikki, truffle dimsum all were just ok. Some were bland, and considering the cost we felt bad after ordering it.
They also had some tangerine lemonade, which again was not good.
Butter garlic prawns and stuffed mushrooms were good.
We also tasted there mango flavoured beer which was again not good. We could not even get the flavour of the mango in it.
Well I would think twice before going here again.
Ohhh the music was loud, and some live band was singing, not great, but the fusion they did was nice, they blended it well.
If you are visiting, I hope you get a better experience. As a group, there were people enjoying, ultimately it the group that makes...
