Rangeela Goa — Attraction in Goa

Very rude Staff. We purchased several small and bigger gifts for Friends and Family. Asked for a small wrapping or gift bag. The employee said of coarse, sure and even had it in her hand. After we paid she didn’t want to give the wrapping bag to us and said no. Why would she do this?! Just mean, rude and absurd… unprofessional and disrespectful. Also, staff standing there, chatting with each other, and about the clients ..and annoyed if you ask for a size or help. Products: you can find some cute items but Quality definitely don’t much the price.

Ps : The fact that the owner do not apologize in their reply to my review, says a lot about their culture. Of coarse, we will not visit again and we really do not advise anyone spending time nor money...

Ordered clothes worth 30k (shorts and pants) paid everything in advance , my size wasn’t available and the staff said they will have it ready and courier it to me (Ps: I’m from Delhi) they sent the wrong size , so I didn’t wear anything at all, all clothes were with tags and packed in the same packaging , came back after a few weeks and asked for exchange as it was staffs fault providing the wrong size. Staff was rude and not at all cooperative. Summing it up the experience absolutely sucked , staff needs to be trained on how to attend to customers. I hope the owners read my review and act upon the same. Will definitely be telling people about my experience and will ask my friends and family not at all to visit the store if I don’t hear...

What an absolutely lovely shoppers paradise.. ofcourse u need deep pockets and a house to match.. A Wonderful collection of artefacts and clothes. The display is just mind blowingly attractive.. Well done whoever is in charge of throwing together this luxurious kitsch colourful medley of goods for display. I think it's one of the most vibrant displays I have ever seen.. Just loved it..

Also thought they are v gutsy to have open air displays.. was wondering if they have a magic wand or evil spell which warns away the birds from droppings in the open section 🫣😜
