This was, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever encountered. I paid extra for a specific delivery time to surprise my mother on her birthday, only for them to be delivered way past the delivery time. To make matters worse, you contacted my mom and ruined the entire surprise. When I pointed out that I had chosen a time-bound delivery, they falsely claimed it was booked under standard delivery. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism have completely ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion. I will never use your service again and strongly advise others to avoid it. Update After my initial nightmare with them, they called me, pretending they wanted to fix their colossal screw-up. They offered to send my mom a gift to apologize for ruining her birthday. I was beyond skeptical, but they kept pushing, so I finally gave in and agreed to a fruit basket, with one clear instruction: No bananas. My mom is severely allergic to them. So, what do they do? They send a basket with bananas. Are you kidding me? This feels like a sick joke. Confronting them they put the blame on the fruit vendor and then muted my call.......i mean the sheer disrespect and idiocy of them is mind-blowing. I've never dealt with such utter incompetence and complete disregard for a customer. This is, without question, the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. They clearly don’t care about their customers, and what they did is unforgivable. Avoid this company...

I got surprise from my friend on anniversary and felt happy. After some time, we had opened the cake and was happy, since it is surprise. We lit the candle and blows off. Everyone started eating the cake and immediately started Coffing. The taste was strange nobody will say it is fresh cake. The 'RAS MALAI CAKE' was disaster and awful taste. Let me put it together, First of all, it was a cake made of butter (not a cream) with spoiled RAS MALAI and rancid almonds. Even small kids are not able eat it and thrown away. This is was our biggest mistake of eating it and even the butter (they say cream) was not going off from our hands. I believe the Floriaindia is outsourcing the cake orders to local vendor who is not fit to make a edible products. I have more comments on this product, however, if my friend sees this review and should not feel bad. That is the reason I'm bit polite and don't want to hurt my friend who sent the gift to us. I think still I have half of the portion of cake and maybe send it to food safety officer who is more active in Chennai city. If you are not able to give the good products then don't do this kind of services. This is totally killing the love between friends and families. Recently, I ordered a bunch of 8 red roses. After accepting the order, Flora India sent me an email asking me to pay extra ₹200 for delivery. I refused to pay the extra charges and asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount. Few minutes later they sent me an email saying that the order will be honoured. After some delay in delivery, a 'bunch' of flowers were delivered. The quantity of flowers ordered were 8 but they delivered only 6. On top the flowers were not fresh. I didn't receive any response to my complaint. Hence, this review. Very disappointed and feel cheated. Please make sure what you ordered is what you received.

Update: After I posted the review, Flora India called and apologized for the error and offered to send a bouquet free of cost. Apology accepted and took a rain check. Their actions make me feel that they are serious about customer satisfaction. I am giving extra 2...
