7th Heaven, Vile Parle East — Attraction in Mumbai

I had recently been to 7th heaven , Vile Parle East. In the past I had been to the Mulund outlet once and had had a pretty good experience so without any hesitation I walked into 7th heaven , VileParle and was amazed by the vibes of the place. White Walls, brick walls, quirky frames etc add a comfy, insta-worthy vibe to the entire place.

The place is called 7th heaven not only because of the heavenly desserts they serve but also because they make cakes in their live kitchen in 7 minutes. Meaning, if you walk into their outlet and find that the flavour you require is not available, they make it fresh infront of you, within 7 minutes.

Worst Customer Service Experience.. Had Visited the outlet on the 31st of Jan to purchase cake for my friends birthday. I asked for the complementary pastery which they provide if you have their membership card. I had forgot my card and requested them that i will show it next time as today i have just forgotten it at home. I even said them that i can show you all the transaction details that i do every month in their shop as i am a regular customer. But the staff was new so couldn't identify me. I just requested if she can make an exception this time. She called her colleague and told him the situation. He was so rude and spoke very discourtoleously. I was along with my group of friends and i just spoke with ourselves that this will be the last time we will be purchasing cake from here. To which he overheard our conversation and started again speaking rudely that "lena hai toh lo and mat aoo next tyme se and all". It was the worst experience visiting such a branded outlet. Really as per the name, this place is heaven for Dessert Lovers. Its one of a kind dessert cafe where you can find almost every dessert except ice creams.

🍩DESSERTS: They have such a great range of desserts in their Menu. They have Cute cupcakes, Well cakes, Donuts, Macrons, Brownies, Mug cakes, Cheese cakes, Lava cakes, Tarts, Muffins, Slices and many more. Their speciality is Well cakes and Cheese cakes. I even liked their Mug cake concept. Chocolate Truffle cake with wipped cream in a mug was simply treat for your taste buds.

🎂CAKES: They also take orders of Cakes and they can literally create a cakes of any shape or any flavour. They also have fresh Cheese cakes available. I ordered one of their premium Chocolate Dark Forest cake, it had 1 strawberry cream layer as well, that's why was more sweeter than expected.
