I visited Indu Ice Cream (Bandra) and tried their Warm Nutella Cookie with Hazelnut Ice Cream. It cost me ₹570 — definitely on the pricier side, but worth trying at least once. The ice cream was delicious, and I’ve been following the creator for so long. I really admire her recipes and her work, and the fact that she personally runs the cloud kitchen makes it even more special. She is very down-to-earth and polite — I even got to click a picture with her, which I loved! 💖

✅ What I liked: • Ice cream was creamy and tasty. • Packaging is minimalistic, neat, and recyclable — I appreciate the eco-friendly touch. • Meeting the creator herself was a highlight.

⚠️ Suggestions: • The place has many cloud kitchens nearby, so the whole area smells strongly of tadka and cooking. I’d suggest not eating there and instead taking your order home. • Packaging is great, but they wrap it with cloth and hold it together with a plastic rubber band. It would be better if they could switch to something more natural and eco-friendly to match their recyclable packaging. • Pricing is on the higher side, especially for a tub.

👉 Final Verdict: A must-try if you love premium ice cream desserts and want to experience creative recipes. Delicious, beautifully packed, and made with care — but definitely more of a one-time indulgence because of the price. I’d rate...

We visited Indu's cloud kitchen outlet in Bandra after all the hype on Instagram, and it turned out to be a complete letdown. The ice cream texture was terrible, absolutely rock solid and frozen stiff for 20 minutes after receiving it. The flimsy packaging couldn’t even hold up until the ice cream was finished, making it messy and difficult to eat. If one can't create a good icecream atleast work on packaging so we could have a good experience. For the steep prices they charge, the least they could do is offer tasting, but the staff flat-out refused to even speak to us properly. Overall, a highly disappointing experience, especially for the filter coffee hazelnut flavor that was nowhere close and worth the price. Please do not fall for instagram marketing, especially when you are craving desserts. Choose a legacy tried and tasted brand instead.

There are so many icecream brands that are losing traction despite being more original, hygiene maintained and deserving but fall short of...

I ordered their 3 Matka deal and got the Pistachio Baklava (2.5/5), Filter Kaapi w. Brownie (2/5) and Masala Doodh (1.5/5). I saw the hype over the ice cream along with the rave reviews and decided to try their ice creams. I was extremely disappointed especially given the high price point. The consistency was alright but could have more intrigue brought in with texture, but the flavors were a huge disappointment. They all had an odd taste, something askew and not in an interesting way. I’ve had much better ice cream at a way lower price point. I would recommend Coppetto’s for a solid pistachio ice cream and Giani’s for other interesting flavors. Sadly, Indu’s is overhyped...

I had stalked their instagram for months now and wanted to try out their ice cream for quite a long time. It can be a bit tricky to search the place to be honest, given how deep within the lane the kitchen is. It can creep you out a little tbh but since it's a quick pickup, place isnt a big of issue They were out of mocha cheesecake flavor 100ml unfortunately so we opted for filter kaapi hazelnut and i will have to say the texture was a bit of a let down. It wasn't as creamy as I expected it to be. Sure the taste was great and it is a good one time try but it is easy forgettable
