I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the RF Facial at Tender Skin Care, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic and rejuvenating experience. From the moment I entered the clinic, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

The staff at Tender Skin Care were incredibly knowledgeable and professional especially Dr NEETA and NISHA (therapist)..they took the time to explain the entire RF Facial process to me, addressing any concerns I had and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. Their expertise and attention to detail truly impressed me.

During the treatment, I experienced no discomfort or pain. In fact, it was quite the opposite – I found the entire process very relaxing. I highly recommend the RF Facial at Tender Skin Care to anyone looking to revitalize their skin and achieve a more youthful appearance. Tenderskin forces you to put reviews immediately after the treatment and hence you will see all 4/5 star reviews. Let me tell you all about our REAL experience. My daughter has recommended a combo of hydra + photofacial + LED fusion. Obviously as customers we don't have the expertise and rely on the professional doctors there. The reality is that they are a bunch of ill-trained doctors only trying to sell you the maximum they can. In this case Dr Sinduja was the culprit along with her gang of untrained technicians. The next day after the facial by evening my daughter has breakouts all over her face. This was on 20th Feb and the wedding events were to start on 23rd Feb. It was impossible to reach anyone from TSI for almost a day. Even when we managed to reach them (Andheri branch receptionist) they (Dr Padmaja - since Dr Sinduja was "not available") was so casual about it and had NO REMEDY. Ultimately went to a proper dermat who gave medicines. Needless to say, this is the last thing any bride/ family wants to face just days before the wedding. I genuinely hope this doesn't repeat with anyone. SHAME ON...

Worst service provided by Tender Skin. We had taken a package service for 50K and it was a full plan building up to the wedding day. The doctors here play with customer's skin without any medical guidance and tested procedure. They mix 2-3 solutions and apply all on the same day promising best results. 4-5 days before the wedding they experimented on my wife's face and it blasted cometely the next day with rashes and red patches. It took more than 24 hrs to reach out to someone and then another 4-5 hrs to get a response with very basic OTC medicines. No care for the clients once the payment is done. Very relaxed attitude from both doctors Padmajha & Sindhuja. No one should trust them with any skin treatments. Worst set of people in terms of professionalism. As soon as the treatment is over they'll start selling their commissioned cosmetics without any use or relevance. I can't emphasize more on the wrong this place can do to your face. Pls refrain from going here. All the above reviews are false as they ask customers to give ratings right...
