Dimsagar Lake Park — Attraction in Tripura

Planning to go for a morning walk, jogging or hangout this evening? Then this place is just amazing, calm and relaxing. How about a short evening walk or some gossips sitting on the concrete benches under the tree shed! The serene beauty of the lake is not only soothing but will also make you feel refreshed. I personally love this place over any other park. 😀

(My kind request to the management would be to stop people, if they can, from spitting and throwing trash here and there & obviously from making it a dark zone of drugs, alcohol and intimacy. Loving or a romantic gossip is cool, but why that kind of physical intimacy be allowed in our beautiful park? I believe a single security guard can take care of that matter. After all, a park belongs to an adult as much as it belongs to a child. Why not we together come forward to make it a cleaner, greener and positive environment for a better...

Each and every person (including kids, youngsters,old people,teenagers, students etc) visit this place. They come here to hang out, exercise, jog, gossip, evening walk, sit on the benches and feel the cold breeze,enjoying watching people etc. The trail presently(2018) is broken so it becomes difficult for people to walk or run on the surface which was smooth back then when constructed ,it must be mend. Beside the entrance (from VIP ROAD side) there is washroom (for both men and women) and beside that there is a small shop owned by one person who is very kind and generous and he sells tea (a classy and good one and I'm not kidding ,it's the fact) and many men gather here to gossip and have...

If you want to go there you to take a rickshaw or tomtom and tell your driver to drop you to "Haradhan Sangha".

People mostly go for morning and evening walk or for jogging there, there is no ground/place for exercise but you can walk or jog around the lake.

Couples also go there mostly in afternoon and evening. Tiles fitted sitting benches are available.

Out if the Park there is a footpath besides the main road and you can have some tea and snacks there.

Local young people meet after their job or study.
