Hungrilla — Restaurant in Tripura

Awful experience..totally disappointed..didn't expect those below average food from this restaurant. Most probably it was the reason that the restaurant was almost vacant. Tried out their kebab plater,tandoori chicken and mixed Schezwan chowmine. Each and every dish was below average and disgusting. What they call Kebab is not at all a kebab. I think they never had tasted kebab in their life. Those kebabs were dry and had a disgusting aroma. Tandoori chicken was so much dry and salty. Schezwan noodles had no Schezwan sauce or taste like that. It was way more tasteless than any other street vendors in our city. I ordered chicken papaji and two Tandori rotis. But they only gave me Tandoori Roti. And chicken Pabaji didn't give me the slices of bread that it contains. They didn't give me what they put in the photo in Swiggy. A restaurant like Hungrila should not do this with very bad customer service.

Why can't you take the order and deliver the order to the customer properly? I ordered only two items from your restaurant regarding why the customers will be harassed, these two items could not be given and sent to the delivery boy instead of giving one to the other. We went to Hungrilla during Durga Pujas. We ordered Mixed Fried Rice, Mixed Chowmein, Chilli Chicken and Chicken Drumstick.

Chicken Drumstick that was served was pathetic. The chicken had a foul smell. I had to call the concerned person, complain about it and return it. While we were having the main course, I heard people from the table just opposite to us complaining about foul smell in the chicken of some chicken dish ( Chicken Butter masala if I remember correctly).

To add to the fact, both me and my wife tasted the chicken drumstick, and both of us had loose motion the very next day.
