Tea Garden Upper Bhutia Road is a serene and captivating beauty nestled in the picturesque hills of Darjeeling, India. Located amidst lush greenery and rolling hills, this tea garden offers a breathtaking panorama of tea plantations stretching as far as the eye can see. The cool, misty air combined with the aroma of freshly brewed tea creates a sensory experience like no other. The landscape is adorned with neatly manicured rows of tea bushes, painted in varying shades of green, which change with the seasons. During spring, delicate white and pink blossoms adorn the bushes, while the summer brings a vibrant green carpet under the clear blue sky. In autumn, the foliage transforms into a rich tapestry of oranges and reds, making it a photographer's delight. Visitors can take leisurely walks along the pathways that wind through the plantation, allowing them to immerse themselves in the tranquility of nature. The tea garden also offers guided tours where visitors can learn about the tea-making process, from plucking the tender leaves to the final production of the aromatic brew. Tea Garden Upper Bhutia Road is not just a place of scenic beauty but also a cultural experience, providing insights into the local way of life and the significance of tea cultivation in the region. It remains a must-visit destination for those seeking peace, natural beauty, and a taste of Darjeeling's renowned...

Sardarji Da Dhaba is a well-known and popular eatery located on the Guwahati-Shillong road. It has become a landmark for travelers journeying between the two cities, serving as a convenient and satisfying stop for a meal. The dhaba is particularly famous for its North Indian cuisine, offering a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The dhaba's location on this busy highway contributes significantly to its popularity. The road connecting Guwahati, a major city in Assam, with Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya, is a vital route for both commercial and tourist traffic. A reliable and good-quality eatery like Sardarji Da Dhaba provides a much-needed break for drivers, bus passengers, and families on a road trip. Sardarji Da Dhaba is often praised for its authentic Punjabi flavors, generous portion sizes, and a lively, rustic atmosphere that's characteristic of a traditional dhaba. Travelers often stop here for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack, enjoying classic dishes like parathas, various curries, and kebabs. The establishment has garnered a reputation for its quality food and prompt service, making it a favorite among locals and tourists alike. While there might be other eateries on the route, Sardarji Da Dhaba has carved a niche for itself as a go-to spot for a hearty meal and a taste of Punjabi hospitality in the heart of...

This is NOT Darjeeling. You talk to a local driver or a car hire center and they'll offer you with 5 or 7 or 11 etc. points to take you to. This is one of those aimless and bizarre points. And believe me, most of those points are absolutely nothing. Mountains have their own majestic presence and tourist spots have nothing to do with that other than spending money on car hire agents. This is part of a tea garden where people are allowed to take snaps (no garden owner ever stops tourists to take photographs unless you harm their trees) . They have camera persons to take photo - along with facility to give red and blue attire of tea-plucking workers (I don't know any worker who decorate themselves with such uniform). It's a HOAX: there are shops selling tea - they give you cups to have a taste and will ask you to buy tea. Most of the time, the shop owners don't talk to you directly and drivers go on telling you how good those sellers are. Drivers will always make a point like the shops sell the best tea in the area in a much lesser price. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM. If you want to have a cup of tea, have it and leave. Parking = Free Uniform with Photo = around Rs. 100 per pic Entry to the garden area = Free Buying tea = at...
