Unfortunately I cannot leave a review better than 1 star.
The quality of the classes for me personally was very low , the so-called âyogaâ class has nothing to do with yoga, itâs more like basic stretching for retired people. The older woman (who is the teacher of the yoga class and the meditation classes) is extremely uninterested and shows zero enthusiasm. The only person who was nice and smiling was the cleaning ladyâŠ
The museum visit is interesting but you can hardly hear the presentation as they speak on a very low voice.
Construction was going on during the day (that was already published on the website) however they forgot to mention that itâs still on at 9.30PM. During meditation class there were like 6-8 workers walking by non-stop and staring at us, talking and making noises so it was basically impossible to meditate, I felt more frustrated after the classes than before.
Also they have a swimming pool which I could never use since there were always man workers around and I felt uncomfortable. Honestly I donât understand why they cannot just close the place for several days and perform the construction meanwhile, instead of doing it while having people participating in the program.
As about the food: breakfast and lunch are included, they are delicious, but very limited: if you donât go on time you literally stay without meal. You finish breakfast at 9 AM and three hours later (at 12:30) you have to grab the lunch, which makes no sense since you are still full with the previous food. Itâs funny that they even have an information board on the dining place and one point is explaining that you always should have the food on empty stomach after the previous meal has been correctly digestedâŠ.well, it wasnât my case.
Itâs just way too expensive for what they offer. All in all, i couldnât recommend this...

Read moreI hate writing bad reviews, specially when I think the staff is really well intentioned, but here it is. On the plus side the place is beautiful and the food is very tasty. And it's great to be able to jump in the pool! However, You are very restricted when you go there. Pool usage is very limited in time, there is no place to do yoga in your free time (which you have a lot of so you end up having to spend a lot of time in the city, which means you need a scooter), they are really prescriptive about punctuality; but they themselves might not be the most punctual, and are also very single minded about how to do meditation. I was going there in the hopes of learning more about yoga, meditation and reiki, but you need to pay extra for ''knowledge'' classes. The yoga classes don't provide a workout, it's more of another way to relax through movement. And overall I didn't feel like I was welcomed as part of the family: more that I was an outsider happening to do the same activities as the staff. Finally I really felt like the guru is only in it for the money: lots of merchandising, his and only his books are everywhere and they keep asking for...
