Wiki Koffie — Restaurant in Bandung City

It is with great regret that I write this update:

Unfortunately, a visit on 4 August 2023 was spoilt by an item advertised on the whiteboard at the entrance as 'Raspberry Mango Chesse' [sic]. There was no price next to it on the whiteboard. It was very disappointing - a lot of cream, a few pieces of mango, and no raspberries. Because I come here often, I trust this place and it was only after I'd left that I checked the bill. And this is what really upset me. I had been charged Rp.65rb + tax for this boring item of food. On my next visit three weeks later, I complained about this outrageous price. However, I was told that it was the 'correct' price. As regards the quality of the product, I was told that there were two varieties, Raspberry or Mango. I was shown the Raspberry one, which was coated in chocolate and looked much more interesting. However, on 4 Aug, I had been given no choice and was served the more boring Mango version.

I feel that my trust - which had been built from many happy previous visits - was betrayed by an inferior product with an outrageous price that was not disclosed on the whiteboard.

I have not returned to Wiki Koffie. I no longer take my visitors there. I no longer meet my friends there. Very sad.

Nestled in the heart of the city, Wiki Koffie is a cafe exuding a charming and relaxing-old vibe that instantly transports you back to a bygone era. The antique furnishings, dim lighting, and city view create a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

The cafe's beverage selection is equally impressive, with a wide variety of teas, coffees, and other drinks to choose from. However, the standout beverage is undoubtedly the rum coffee, a delicious concoction that blends rich, robust coffee with a subtle hint of rum for only 35k. With every sip, the warm, comforting flavor takes you on a journey down memory lane, reminding you of long-forgotten moments and cherished experiences.

Other areas that may be improved include the service; one of the male employees who took our orders was a little slow and ultimately failed to deliver one of them (a tiramisu cake), even though he only needed to take it from the chilling display. The music being played can also be altered to a more relaxing classic or jazz song instead of a contemporary pop song.

Overall, this cafe is a true gem, offering not just great drinks, but a nostalgic experience that will stay with you long after you leave.

*revisit here in Oct 2023 and it's still my favorite place to have a cup of coffee. Sadly rum coffee...

Favorite hangout spot in Bandung since 7 years ago ... If you like traveling, coffee and photography, you must visit this place, you will be welcomed by a retro-style building and a warm atmosphere like home. Wikikoffie is an smoking area, well if you don't smoke, you may skip this, just make sure that you ever try one of the menu serve... soooo tasty in affordable price. The menu variants offered are quite diverse but not too many (well at least won't make you confuse with "too many" option), all yummy flavors that leave pleasure. Various coffee that presented in some manual brew, so for you coffee connoisseurs may choose the coffee you want to try. Light snacks and main meals can be an option when hangout with friends and family. The place itself not too big but comfy, so it's very usual view when you see "quite long" queuing......
