WINGLOK Hongkong Dimsum Braga — Restaurant in Bandung City

I would like to share the experience during my visit with my family to this place, bit a straight forward and need some improvement as soon as possible

When we came to this place, greet by the lady at the front (greeter) and she suggest us to straight away seat on the vacant table, around 5 to 10 minutes that I seating while waiting my wife and my sister go to toilet, no ones from the waiter give me the menu even the eye contact, they not aware at all, I believe that staff in charge during that time are enough, I see a lot of team member in the section but I need go to cashier to ask the menu, yes finally I got the menu and continue order by QR code that share by the waiter

After the waiter give us the QR code, I believe that he know our table is dirty and need to be clean, but he not even clean the table, I need ask him to clean the table

Food come in the 5 minutes, which is this is good, but after all food ready, the waiter just ceklist our food on the captain order but again, he not aware, how we eat? There is no chopstick or any cutleries in the table also not sharing plate for us, I ask to him, I bit surprise that he just give me the plate from the table beside us and just give to us, aahhh come on, I know that is dirty plate! I need a new plate!!

Hakau that we order is under cook, and the prawn aren't clean, I'm not eat the Hakau! I don't wanna get poisoning by the food that your served, chicken shumai are over cooked, but the taste still OK, I ordered tea by the pot and the pot was dirty , not even polished also the cups are oily, but the steamed egg are perfect, I like it!

So I writting this commented are for the improvement this place, you have a good place with the good ambience in the right place, if your product and service are like this, you will lost your customer

Cleanlines and hygiene need to be on top! You have a good place and ambience already! And I love...

i'll give you the 3 star for the strategic location and 24 hours, but NOT COMPLIMENT your food, service and ambiance.

The toilet was so dirty and wet, I almost slipped.

When I went to the table, the waiter didn't clean the table, not event giving us the menu after 5-7 minutes waiting. You have a lot of staff standby but didn't know how to manage it.

After we asked for the menu, and self order by apps, we received the food maybe 10 - 15 minutes, the waiter come to check our order on the paper at my friends chair but not aware that we didn't have any cutlery on the table.

The table was so dirty and we need to put a lot of tissue on the table.

When we asked about the cutlery to the staff that clear up the table in front of us, he give a box of cutlery, and once again we need to asked for sharing plate, and he give us USED SHARING PLATE that we saw someone on that table already used it. OMG.

The tea pot was so dirty, and we clean all the plate, glass and cutlery by our own...

tempat makan dimsum terenak di kota bandung. kebetulan saya dan teman-teman mampir ke sini dulu sebelum pergi meninggalkan kota bandung.

tempat ini terletak di jalan braga. karena area parkir mobil yang terbatas, saya sarankan untuk mencari area parkir di tempat lain lalu berjalan kaki menuju ke sini. tempatnya sangat mudah dilihat karena berada di perempatan jalan.

untuk pelayanannya sangatlah ramah. kami disambut dengan baik dan diarahkan menuju ke meja yang sesuai dengan jumlah orang yang datang. ternyata ada meja untuk ruangan non-smoking di lantai dua.

di sini saya dan teman-teman memesan berbagai menu supaya kami bisa saling sharing makanan dan mencicipinya. kami memesan bakpao telur asin, chongfen polos, nasi ayam tao si, steam ceker ayam, steam hakau udang, steam lumpia ayam, steam siao mai ayam, sup udang, es teh, dan es kopi winglok.

dari semua menu yang saya sebutkan di atas, semuanya punya rasa yang sangat enak. tidak ada yang mengecewakan. apa yang disajikan sudahlah sesuai dengan harga yang ditawarkan. baru kali ini saya merasakan pengalaman makan di tempat chinese food yang sangat luar biasa.

ditambah dari menu yang kami pesan, apa yang menjadi favorit saya adalah bakpao telur asin, nasi ayam tao si, dan steam ceker ayam. saya suka sekali dengan ketiga menu ini.

bakpao telur asin punya rasa yang unik. rotinya lembut dan harum. lalu isiannya terdapat kuning telur asin yang bagi saya tidaklah terlalu asin, melainkan didominasi oleh rasa gurih.

nasi ayam tao si mirip seperti rice bowl. di mana potongan ayamnya sangatlah banyak. lalu untuk nasinya sendiri sudah tercampur dengan kuah ayam tao si yang bagi saya punya rasa dan bumbu yang enak.

steam ceker ayam punya warna bumbu merah menyala tapi tidaklah pedas. justru, bumbunya punya rasa manis gurih dan legit di lidah. tekstur daging cekernya pun sangatlah empuk dan kenyal.

jika kembali ke bandung, saya sepertinya akan kembali lagi ke sini. sangat direkomendasikan...
