Wonderful place for family and children, entrance ticket was cheap and loads of experience that needs to pay was cheap and fun. It was raining when we were there but it didnt stop us from visiting the place, my kids enjoy the horse ride and it only cost IDR50,000 for 2kids of 2rounds each. Unfortunately when we are leaving the place my boy had a big fall whereby his knees, hand and finger had abrasions quite badly and bruises on his chin, the pain cause him to cry so badly. What the staff there does really warms my heart, they didnt have any first aid kit but a Tour guide went up to his bus to get some cotton and cleansing lotion to help clean my boy's wound but it was too painful, my boy was screaming and crying so badly, the next moment the tour guide went to buy a magnum ice cream to calm my boy and the next moment I saw one of the staff there a Malay uncle came back with his motor bike and his holding a guardians plastic bag, came to us asking if we still need plasters, helping us to open the package and helped with putting the guazes and plasters! I must say they are really really helpful and nice people. I feel so touch and safe visiting the Dino Gate's and even though my boy had a great big fall there, he mentioned his favourite place is still at Dino Gate's! Highly...
Read moreIt is interesting to see a Dino Park in Batam, it seems to me it is still expanding as at some areas can tell they are building some new staff. Currently the ticket is 30 Ribu per person (about 3 SGD) some kind of promo going on, the actual price is 50 Ribu. The place is specially for kids and dino lovers. Walking at a slow peace can cover all in 20-30mins. I was quite surprised some of the Dino's are mechanical ones with sensors and audio. The tour will be entrance first thing we see are some goats and rabits you can ignore the souvenirs shop first as this will be the last Stop, then you follow the path and will dee some motorized dino'sand end at a resting spot with a T-Rex where the kids can ride. After that follow the way to a water/pool kids can enjoy a ride here on the water for 10Ribu. This is probably the most impacting area as there are some really big dinos here, can see some more special care have been taking here with the decoration. Ideal for the picture. Later there is a small park with attractions for kids to play. Just after is the restaurant and souvenirs shop with plenty of dino toys for the kids to have some memiries. The installations/facilities are quite rustical nothing fancy. For 30 Ribu it is worthy. The kids...
Read moreDo not come here, it was a complete waste of money and time. The whole experience was extremely underwhelming as most of the attraction are not open. The worst part is, this place is full of mosquitoes. My partner and I got bitten by mosquitoes within 3 minutes. I got bitten 5 times and he got 3. It ruined our experience as we had to rush out of the park. Trust me when I say that there was totally nothing to see. The zoo was not even a proper zoo. They only had 5 common birds roaming around and 4 owl but that's it. The dinosaurs were so underwhelming and the entire place is just run down. Even when we went for the free archery that was included in the ticket, it was so horrible as well. The arrows and bow were clearly low quality as I'm a regular archer myself and I am able to tell. My final conclusion is 0/10 for this park. I wish the owner or whoever could revamp the park into something better! It was so obvious that no effort was put into the park. And I found out where the mosquitoes were coming from. It was coming from the pond that was near the exit, the pond was stagnant. No wonder mosquitoes were able to...
