Lamoist Mega Mall - No 1 Best Premium Batam Layer Cakes — Attraction in Batam City

I'll be honest, I am a big fan of lamoist and have always bought their product when I am in Batam. However, this one encounter with one of their customer service at megamall truly disappoint me. She was rude, has an attitude problem, and was choosy of who she served. Its Ramadan, the least u could do is not to roll your eyes off when people ask u a simple question. Her tone, was filled with annoyance and I didn't even do anything wrong other than asking simple questions of whether she still has a whole piece of prune lapis and whether I can purchase these items. If she don't feel like serving me, then just don't. Love the cake, but not the service. Just for this mall. My one star...
