Baresto Mega Mall — Restaurant in Batam City

Horrible service. Waited at the entry 5+ mins and no one attended despite many staff walking around and talking but do nothing. It was 3.30pm, more than half of the tables were vacant. Went in by myself and got myself a table and finally got the attention of a waitress, who told me to press the button on the table when I'm ready to order. I did press and after a few minutes nobody came. I pressed and waved and pressed, no one came despite, again, everyone seem to be doing nothing, purposely ignored me and avoided eye contact. Serving of food is very very slow. If you are rushing for ferry better don’t dine here. You will be late. Waited bout 40-50 min for first dish to be served. Chilli lala not bad, quite tasty can order. Also ordered steam fish as it’s super cheap (compared to sg) and kecap manis cockles.. not worth it at all.

Came back again for second time. As usual waiting time is slightly long despite it has less than 5 tables occupied. Not the cheapest in Batam but still consider cheap for the taste, hygiene...

Every food that we ordered today was so salty..was so disappointed because we when to BCS the day before was so perfect taste there..here at mega mall was not up to my taste at all..the asparagus soups also salty,this ridiculous experience for us..we even found hair in bebek penyet..please feedback for us to the chef in charge 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 thank you regards..this our favourite spot to dine...
