Spent 3 days in Batam and had many meals a day but this was by far the worst I’ve had in terms of service and quality. Server took my order for chicken spaghetti and came back 10 minutes later to tell me it’s sold out. Asked if there was salmon pasta with cream sauce and he went to kitchen to check for 2 minutes before telling me that there was. Order came 30 minutes later, and it was salmon pasta with brown sauce. Called the server over to let them know that’s not what I ordered and he said oh okay and then went to the other tables and carried in his duties. Called another server over and told her that it’s not what we ordered and she said oh let me check and disappeared and didn’t come back.

Food wise is so so. I ordered chicken soup with rice. Tasted salty mostly.. but seriously for the price actually I can also for more.

What really irritated me was

1. I also ordered other things .. first they said don't have So I change to Tom yam. 15 minutes later they come back to say don't have... Can u imagine the wait?
2. it took very long to serve simple food like chicken nuggets for kiddos... It was like more then 15 minutes after order.
3. food arrive in constipated style.... 1 rice.. then 5 min later another food... The. Another 5 min another thing.. it was like... Service was bad. They were well staff u know
