Starbucks Mega Mall — Restaurant in Batam City

Nice ambience, lots of seats and a great place to chill.

Another starbucks outlet that needs no introduction. They are known to be clean, have high standards of hygiene and well mannered staff. Its a trademark for any starbucks you go to.

We love the time we spent here but do take note that it could get busy n packed. Especially when there are lots of travellers coming in and exiting out of Batam. Reason is because this outlet is exactly beside the ferry centre. If u have time and of course, space to sit, then this is the place to go.

After a long walk around megamall, a good cup of hot drink/blended drink is d best for anyone.

No matter which country we go to, starbucks seems to be the comforting place to go to...

Good for groups, solo . Always busy and noisy. Hard to find seating since people come here to sit and work. A great variety of hot and cold tea and coffee. Seasonal specials are available too! Check for their one on one promo which is usually 3-7pm from Tues to Thurs (not sure exactly which week of the month). Take a tumbler with you to save extra 50cents. Also, they have dairy substitutes -soy,almond and coconut milk which is chargeable...

very bad service...order 2 cup drink2 need almost an hour to finish..wait 30 minutes ask barista...they say forgot to make my drinks...what the hell... international company how come to forgot to make the drinks????if can not do many drinks...so dont promo your drink, cause your promo your crew forgot this and...
