Nagoya One Hotel — Attraction in Batam City

the service was fine.but the upkeep and cleanliness of the room have to be improve. I had to do a room change almost 3times! first room #106, while I was using the toilet, I felt something drop on my hand while pulling some toilet paper from the roller and that " "thing"then drop on the floor.when I looked at the floor, there it was this Hugh disgusting cockroach! I was shouting for my mum to call for help and I saw another disgusting centipede crawling alongside the cockroach.luckily there was a housekeeping staff nearby,he help us with the cockroach but we have no means to stay in the same room for the night. the staff at the reception was apologetic and got us another room on the 2nd floor but to our surprised, the floor mat was dirty and crumpled, pillow was in an awkward position and the coffee table was dirty. had to call the reception again to ask why assign a dirty room and the staff again assign another room for us on the 3rd floor. it did not have a better prospect in this room either! there was a strand of long curly hair on the pillow, duvet was crumpled obviously it was not change from the previous stay.we are really tired from having to move rooms over again n again, we called the reception to just get the housekeeping to gave us a new set of pillow case and bedsheet. overall the service was OK, but the management really need to look into the cleanliness of the room.will I ever stay in this hotel again? the...

Lingkungan hotel banyak tempat jualan makanan, ada warung bu joko yg jualan masakan indonesia dibelakang hotel,yg sangat enak dan murah. (Rating 7,5)|2. Proses c.in dan c.out sangat cepat dan mudah. (8)|3. Kamar tidur cukup luas untuk ukuran hotel budget. (7,5)|4. Untuk harga ekonomis untuk ukuran hotel bintang 2. (8)|5. Perlengkapan kamar cukup lengkap dan baik, karena ada pemanas air untuk membuat kopi dan teh, di kamar mandi juga ada hair dryer. (8)||Kekurangan : |1. Hari pertama c.in pada tanggal 10 duduk di bagian reception seorang laki yh agak gempal, ketika kita menyakan sesuatu tetap duduk dengan bahasa tubuh yg sangat tidak sopan, menjawab seperlunya dan seenaknya, mohon ditraining kembali oleh team managemen hotel, karena kalau tidak hotel anda tidak akan berkembang, berbeda sekali dengan petugas reception di hari kedua dan ketiga seorang wanita yg cukup ramah dan selalu tersenyum. (Rating seharusnya 4 tapi ketolong sama petugas reception yg wanita dihari berikutnya saya kasih rating 7).|2. Ac kamar tidak ada dingin2nya karena sebelum saya pindah di kamar 308 saya di kamar 104 dan 105 yg sangat tidak dingin, setelah komplain saya 2 kali pindah kamat dan dapat kamar 308 yg acnya sangat baik. Saran saya coba maintanance kembali perlengkapan hotel. (5)|3. Wifi sinyalnya di lantai 1 sangat buruk cenderung hiasan saja karena tidak pernah connect. Tapi di lantai 3 lumayan baik walaupun serinv lemot. (6)|4. Water heater ketika mandi tidak ada panas2nya, malah yg keluar air dingin di hari kedua ketika malam2 saya mandi. (5)|5. Perlengkapan mandi sangat buruk di hari pertama karena tidak lengkap, handuk juga bentuknya udh kumal dan tidak wangi. (4)|6. Sarapan hari pertama sangat biasa dan tidak enak, jauh sama rm bu joko dibelakang hotel rasanya, tapi pada hari kedua lumayan ada waffel dan mie ayam. (6,5)|7. Secara keseluruhan staf kurang ramah apa itu karakter di daerah situ atau memang hotel attitude karyawannya memang seperti itu. Sekali lagi kebantu ada nya staf reception yg perempuan pada hari kedua yg menebar senyum terus, sayang saya tidak menanyakan namanya. (6)||KESIMPULAN ULASAN : |untuk istirahat 2 malam setelah lelah melakukan pekerjaan kantor cukup baik dan rekomen dengan harga yg sangat ekonomis, tapi jangan berharap lebih, karena selain dua hal tersebut tidak ada hal lainnya yang mendapat nilai plus di hotel Nagoya One...

Pictures of the hotel shown in the website are very nice but in reality it's not the case. It's a short taxi ride from Harbour Bay ferry terminal.||||Room is spacious but there was a pungent smell when checked in. Had to leave the door opened for a few minutes to get rid of the smell.||||A big centipede crawled out of the drainage trap while bathing halfway. Ran out of the bathroom to get a slipper to smash it. Took a picture of it and showed it to the front desk.
