Marina Sentosa Hotel — Hotel in Batam City

Upon recommendation from my friend we just wanted to stay a quite weekend st this hotel.|Unfortunately the stay turn into a disaster.|We were given a pool facing view room but the room is a rundown room. The floor carpet floor are full of cigarette burns and stains, toilet flush tap leaking and the floor are not scrubbed from stains, pillows are soft and day curtain dangling off the hook. No fridge and no hot water kettle to boil water. Wall lights are fused off and no hanger to hang clothes.|The front desk girl Cici is very arrogant and fierce and not diplomatic enough to handle querries from guests. There is no management staff available on Sunday despite a gentle request to speak to them.|Breakfast was pathetic with a mediocre fried kway teow and toast and orange cordial drinks are diluted.|The only good thing is the serving staff in the cafe especially Santos who is helpful friendly and perceptive towards guests needs. And the location is centrally located in town centre.|Not recommended for hygienic guests...

Airy Komplek Batam Sentosa Raya Ali Haji Batam is the wordt place in the world I have visited. The hotel lobby and hallways are very dark, dirty and smelly. In the whole hotel and room you smell "amoniac" this is just the pie and dirt from rats and mice. They are spraying some flower parfum to hide the bad smells in the hotel. ||The swimmingpool is closed and the water looks invisuable. The rooms are old and only decorated with some advertisment of Airy rooms (brand) I was suposed to stay here for a week but left after 1 night when I found out that mice were walking trough my room and had been eating my bags of candy ||Don't go to this hotel it is not comfortable, safe and dangerous for your health!||Instead I went to crown vista hotel wich was clean and...

The hotel is quite big but it is located a little bit further from the main road which makes you harder to find it. The hotel is in the step of renovation and lack of staff. Based on the information, there is only a receptionist and a security who take turn standing by at the reception desk. The room is big with damp carpets all over the floor.
