Citadines Sudirman Jakarta — Attraction in Jakarta

CHECK IN|A very humble & friendly staff welcoming whenever I’ve reach the Citadines property. |Ms. Desi was very accommodating, contents with all information about the hotel, facilities etc, and I was so lucky been upgraded to next level category, since room which I've booked was unavailable due to some group checked in, thank you and appreciated for the gesture. |Within 10 minutes check in process then, she hand over the key and showed me the guest lift. ||GUEST ROOM|I’ve been assigned to room #2510, the moment you’ve entering, you’ve got spacious living room with comfy sofa, direct access to balcony with city view and lavish kitchen with all amenities you name it available to suit your need. |Not to forget dining set furniture & tea coffee amenities at your convenience. ||2 bedroom with comfy king size bed and spacious cupboard along with iron & board, hair dryer, safe box, anti theft wooden hangers, torch, luggage rack and laundry bag with list folded neatly. ||Different 2 set up of bathroom, 1 with walk in shower and bathtub along with luxury amenities available to suit your need, the other one walk in shower with laundry machine contain with 2 washing powder packed neatly. |Soft and fluffy towels that never failed. ||2 unit IP TV 32 inches I guess available in bedroom and living room, full pack of option along with selected exclusice channels; local TV, Movies, Kids, News and all information related to the property and ASR in general. ||Minor issue happened due to some Internet connection which is sometime slowing down and TV channel connection, however Maintenance pak Regi and pak Cahya IT was attentively fixing it at their level best and sorting things out without any further delayed. Thank you team. ||Bravo 👏🏼 to Housekeeping team whoever maintain guest rooms and all areas at their level best without doubt. Clean, neat and tidy, really makes me feel like my own home. ||F&B||Experiencing breakfast with the best option and varieties foods which Chef and everyone behind the scene prepared for all the guests. |Mouth watering and heavenly taste local cuisine, assorted bread, croissants, porridge, cereal, juice and tea coffee along with restaurant team who are very attentively accommodating everyone needs and live cooking egg station as well. |Even restaurant currently was under renovation and temporarily they setting up in meeting room, team has created such gentle and friendly atmosphere to each and every individual who came for breakfast. |Very well done everyone... ||I've been returning to Citadines Sudirman in Newton 1 for many times, best hotel I would say and well recommended as I felt like Home away from Home. |Thank you team and everyone, definitely I'll coming back on...

Not sure what complaints are about. Jakarta has air and noise pollution issues same as any capital city. Still, I found the Citadines Sudirman which is off the main Sudirman road Very Quiet. The only noise’ is the ‘wake up’ call from the mosque call to prayer. But this is a Muslim country so don’t expect otherwise. And anyway it’s just once. (I once was at a hotel next to a mosque and its loudspeaker and that was LOUD.) The call to prayer at Citadines isn’t loud or offensive. The 1-bed suite is nice. Space enough for two. Yes it is a little worn but it is homely. I love the filtered water service in the room. The kitchen has a 2-ring induction hob, microwave (a bit too high for safety & proper use) and small fridge ( not bar fridge). Bathroom is small with a shower. Love the refillable bottles of shower gel, shampoo and hand wash. There’s cutlery, plates & bowls but no cups, which I became aware of later when the staff popped in to leave a big packet of ginger tea and a mug (useful for a morning cappuccino that you can brew on the ground floor machine that grinds coffee beans for each order !!). Bed is hard ( and I sleep on a firm mattress!) and pillows too soft. House keeping went extra mile when I gave feedback that the floors needed an extra clean. Location is close to Lotte (less than 10min walk ( left of entrance, past restaurants and across to building with Starbucks, to the right & follow carpark entrance-gantry to main road & mall can be spotted to the right). There are tiny streets with food and stalls but even as solo female traveler I didn’t feel insecure while walking around-...

I recently had a wonderful staycation at Citadines Sudirman Jakarta, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish.

The hotel's strategic location is another big plus—just a short distance from ITC Kuningan, Lotte Shopping Avenue, and Lippo Mall Nusantara, making it easy to explore and shop. It is also conveniently close to Sudirman’s business district and many trendy coffee shops, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Overall, my experience at Citadines Sudirman Jakarta was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Jakarta. Will...
