I only got black mango bliss, which was alright, and the ambiance was nothing special (uncomfortable outdoor seating but most "hip" cafes are like that). However, I gotta say that the product presentation was gimmicky and the workflow of the service was very inefficient.
Sugar rim is generally a bad idea in this climate. The heat and humidity will melt the sugar and make the glass sticky. I can't see the benefit of having a sugar rim at all besides the "ooh fancy it looks like a cocktail" facade. Personally, hostess stand for a cafe (restaurant?) seemed unnecessary in this case as the ambiance was so casual and it slowed down the service time. The hostess didn't seat the guests anyway, we were told to just pick a seat so why bother? She was adequately friendly but seemed to be preoccupied. Service was very friendly and helpful but behind that, an impractical system. The website used for ordering is ridden with bugs, one of which prevented me from closing the bill, thus prompting me to ask for the bill manually anyway. The bell seemed to not be functioning as I had to flag one down after 20 minutes of waiting. The wifi access having a time limit is... new, to say the least. Do you have to place another order to extend the time limit? First time I encountered something like this. 3 hour limit sounds fine, but having it written down (and presumably enforced) was unusual for me.
In the end, I felt bad for the waiter that had to go back and forth 3 times just to finish 1 payment for 1 item (for some unknown reason, I'm assuming it's due to the system). Do note that this was my first time coming here and I might've just misunderstood the correct way to place an order. All in all, the point of my review is that I'm questioning the higher-ups who decided on this system as it didn't seem to simplify the order flow all that much and the website was buggy. No complaints regarding the service personnel, they were doing the...

we came in a Saturday morning 8am, only 4 tables of guests were there when we arrived. first impression was the place is well designed to present a simplicity style in a large 2-floored space. Most walls were full gassed. simple and beautiful. First floor deploys large smoking area. Indoor area is small, we asked for 2nd floor where we found everywhere was dusty. Then i started exploring the place, i saw glass doors was full of finger prints, some toilets in this early morning was already dirty with some yellow stains(of you know what). The drinks were served within regular time. But the foods took long time. Then more guests came in, we started to feel that the bar/crew/kitchen is not ready for the amount of guests(50% full in 2nd floor). I noticed a newly coming guest sitting in next table waited quite long time before the waitress could came to take order. The mineral water i added was served when we were about to leave(more than 15min i waited). From the serving crew’s faces i could sense that they were overwhelmed, stressed. The foods taste is just regular. There is no dedicated menu for breakfast. One more, before we could be lead to the tables, at entrance, they asked us to provide name and hp numbers. and they would ask you to scan QR code to order in which you must register your name and hp number first. It’s poking privacy, i think some people also won’t like it.
I don’t know what is the reason that caused the sub-standard maintenance of the place and slow service speed in this morning. They just opened in a week, i guess they are just not ready with real deal service. So if your only purpose is to kill time and enjoy the atmosphere, this...
