Hello, I would like this message to get to youza makes, or the head founder/ owner of plantaran.

You have a great resort, but how the resort treats people is a reflection of the resorts reputation. I have met w the manager in person, a few months back, they promised to not play music until 8:30-9am but they did not keep that promise.

I’m speaking on behalf of many angry and upset neighbors. Planataran Ubud, plays the local music for the restaurant guests at 7AM waking up all the neighbors and residence who also pay to live in the community! The instruments carry loudly. I have kindly asked they don’t start the music until 8:30-9 they still refuse saying they want to @ 8am.

Helena was very unprofessional also telling me if it was a problem I should move out from my home. I want the high up owners to know what’s going on w the staff and the noise that’s giving plantaran a bad reputation in the UBud’s community. I’m not saying don’t play the music, I’m asking for respect towards the neighbors and it to start at a appropriate hour not waking us up everyday!
