Came to this resto on a Saturday. We have spent a total of 16.4 million IDR Was it worth it?
service is quite literally all over the mess. It was pretty busy so it was quite loud Not all of the drinks were served at the same time. Had to Ask 2 times for lemon tea, lychee tea and lychee martini, it was served after 25-30 min. By that time some of the food was already served. So not everyone got their drinks, but the food had arrived. One of the Bartenders is super slow. Looks tired. No efforts. Lazy. The aperol spritz is priced at 180.000 and the proportion doesn't look correct. It was very little Calamari is good. Flavorful and sauce is very nice. Squid is slightly Rubbery though The wagyu was incredible. Cooked perfectly, the flavors were there. The aus beef was great as well. Foie gras poilé was a little too sweet. Bread is very greasy, it made the plate overall heavy. But the flavors were rather good. Flies flying around Cutlery wasn’t handed out to everyone after 40 minutes. Had to remind them. Asked twice for sparkling water. It was sitting on the bar for a while. Just for Water seriously… Side dish for the steak were taken but steak forgotten Needed to put dirty plates and dishes together for the waiter to clear them up kind of self service 2 Complimentary deserts in the end. Lovely
I would recommend it but the service needs to do better. The food really made up for it thankfully. Compliments to the server with long hair...

Hummus platter, served with crudités and baguette: a great nibble
Pan roasted scallops: A definitely must try dish. This dish was a big surprise in a good way and I would say one of Manzo’s best dish. It is creamy with a burst of umami, with the Doria rice being al dente coupled with charred corn and sprinkles of tobiko, making it fun in every bite.
Porterhouse served with roasted vegetable and butter with two choices of sauce: Our steak was rendered well and cooked to perfection, with the charring on it provided a delightful smoky flavor that further enhanced its savory taste. We ordered it medium, and we’re not disappointed! The accompaniments of roasted vegetables provided a crisp contrast. The bone marrow gravy and Manzo mushroom sauce brings out the best in every bite, from start to finish.
Crispy smashed potatoes: It’s no ordinary potatoes! With golden and crunchy exterior yet satisfyingly soft inside.
Aren sticky toffee pudding: Cake is dense with sweet gula aren sauce, served with ice cream.
Choco-peanut butter cascade: You will be happy ordering this dessert. It’s rich, with peanut buttery goodness that oozes out from the top and inside the cake.

The Loligo Ikayaki, featuring tender squid from the deep sea of Papua, complemented by a superb sauce and bonito flakes.
A delightful barramundi acqua pizza served with premium Koshihikari rice; a superb choice for fish enthusiasts who appreciate Italian flavors and the deliciousness of Japanese rice. The Hokkaido ice cream is also a wonderful dessert option.
Overall, this new restaurant in the Wijaya area comes highly recommended. I plan to return to sample...
