ANGEL SPA — Attraction in Kuta

I recently visited your spa for a full body massage, and I would like to share my experience as I believe there are some areas that need improvement. When I arrived, I noticed several staff members were sleeping on the sofas, and two others were even lying down on the massage tables. During my session, while the pressure of the massage was good, the therapist was talking with a colleague, and the staff around were speaking loudly and constantly chatting. At one point, someone was even on the phone with a very loud voice. This made it very difficult for me to relax. What disappointed me the most was when I was lying on my back, the curtain around my area was opened, and I felt like I had no privacy at all. I chose your spa hoping to have a peaceful and relaxing experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. The best massage I’ve had in Bali! By chance, we got lucky to be guided to come here from some strangers that told us this place was “good” so my friend and I decided to come here on a whim. I have to say it was the best decision! The price of our massage was soooo worth it! We did the two hour shiatsu massage and asked for deep tissue pressure and they were not hesitant to follow through with our request. I came with high demands and expectations to this place. I wanted thin and long micro braids with extensions, tightly braided with as little scalp visible as possible with my scandinavian hair. I also asked them to section the hair in special ways to get a more full look. They listened to everything I said and patiently braided my hair for approximately six hours.
