ÆON Mall BSD City — Attraction in Pagedangan

I just knew bout this ice cream booth in Aeon Mall. Well i love ice cream to be sure, so i ordered two, for my daughter and the other for me: chocolate and durian.

The employee is kind and informative for me. I used go-pay so i got discounts from the original price Rp35k per ice cream, i got Rp10k for redeemed.

The ice cream, Hokkaido Puff Ice Cream is a hard ice cream with a round bread. The taste itself is quite common for the ice cream, i don’t think that they made their own gelato for this one. I’ve seen he scooped the ice cream from a bucket. I think it’s a fabrication ice cream, it’s not sweet enough for me tho, but it’s okay, the price relatively good.

This mall, is one of the biggest mall located in BSD area. In this mall, you can find Aeon Supermarket in ground floor. The other tenants and floors are open at 10am. After buying your groceries, you can have a breakfast at their foodcourt in front of the supermarket. A japanese foods and snacks, such as Sushi, Bento, Tako, etc.

In this mall, you can find cinema, coffee shops, restaurants, bike shop, etc. You almost can find anything here actually.

But what i love visit this mall is their cleanliness, their regulated and spaces parking lot, their motorcycles parking lot is the best parking lot for motorcycles in Indonesia i guess, huminazed the motorist by built a decent parking lot with cailing.

Outstanding Service by Pak ANDI (Employee ID: 1608011) – A True Asset to PT Aeon Indonesia

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by Pak ANDI (Employee ID: 1608011) during my recent visit to the Camel Active store at Aeon Mall BSD.

From the moment I stepped into the store, Pak ANDI welcomed me warmly and assisted me with genuine professionalism and friendliness. Despite me being a foreigner, he made sure I felt completely comfortable and supported throughout the shopping experience. He went the extra mile to ensure I found the right pair of Camel Active office shoes that fit perfectly and suited my needs.

What truly impressed me was his attention to detail, patience, and deep product knowledge. He took the time to explain the different options and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. It was evident that his priority was not just making a sale, but delivering a memorable shopping experience.

I also checked with the cashier and they too confirmed that Pak ANDI is known for his outstanding service and dedication. It’s clear to me that he is a valuable team member, and I strongly recommend that the management of PT Aeon Indonesia recognize his efforts. Large sized mall under the Æon chain. Ticks all three of my personal "Worth to visit malls": ✅ movie theatre, ✅ bookstore, ✅ fast food of the people. Serviced by the BSD Link free buses that run through the BSD City area. Within walking distance from the Edutown 1 and Central Business District 2 bus stops. There's also one route that goes into the mall's lobby area.

The main visitor attraction would be the Æon supermarket which has Japanese food and snack kiosks, and bakery. The supermarket has a membership program which provides benefits of discounts and point collection and redemption schemes for the members. They accept cash, cards, and online payments.

There are plenty of F&B tenants, as the mall has two foodcourts. One on the ground floor and another on the top. Tenants are also varied in brands and types of food.

There are several mushollas scattered on each floor. There's a big one on the top floor, but, during weekends, that one is only for female visitors. Male visitors can use the one at the mezzanine floor. Good thing that they placed visible signs to guide the male visitors to the musholla.

There's no main atrium elevator. Visitors can use the elevators at the side of the building. Meanwhile, there are only two escalator flights, one on each end if the building.
