Thank the Bali gods I found this store and Aggy was working that night I walked in a few weeks ago! I wanted to wait to make sure my results were true before I left a review, so here it is. First of all, Aggy deserves a raise! She was so attentive and genuinely interested in helping me. So let’s get into it- earlier this year in February, I had a crazy reaction to this expensive face scrub that was supposed to prevent ingrown hairs- I won’t name the product, but it had a mixture of volcanic sand and crushed diamonds, so of course I was like dang, this stuff has got to work, right?! Wrong. I ended up getting 3 ingrown hairs on my chin which caused an infection. Never in my life had I had an issue like this. Weeks went by where I kept trying different things on my own, until I finally had to go see a dermatologist who put me on antibiotics and other products. When I tell you I didn’t want to leave my villa because I was so embarrassed, I didn’t leave for 2 months. I was seriously depressed and didn’t even want friends to come by. It was the worst time ever. I hate even talking about it, I’m still a bit embarrassed, but luckily the dermatologist helped to get rid of the infection, but the redness never went away. So my depression continued for months, back and forth from America, wanting to hide my face in airports, all of it. This year has been a constant “let’s try these products; ok this is super popular, so this should work; ah so and so recommends this, so ok I should give it a shot,” to self-diagnosing myself with rosacea because I couldn’t understand how the redness literally just would not go away. Some products made it even worse. I couldn’t figure it out! Then, I got back to Bali a few months ago and tried some La Roche-Posay products. Nope, still redness was getting worse it seemed. Until I did a deep dive into Sensatia and literally read all the reviews on the website, here on Google, on apps, everywhere, and so many people had recommended these natural products. I’m all for natural products (I even changed my diet to eat super clean, no MSG, stopped eating out, etc), but because my redness was so persistent and wouldn’t go away, I just assumed I needed something strong to clear it up. So fast forward to the night I got the courage to walk into this store. Aggy was the only one working and I walked up to her and showed her the redness on my chin and explained what I had been through and how sensitive my skin is and how I’ve tried everything. She recommended I try the 3-Step Skincare - Unscented Sensitive Starter Kit first (+ aloe vera face mask for 20 mins upon arrival back home) to see how my face reacted to it.. didn’t try to upsell me, no scrubs, nothing additional.. just try these 3 small bottles and then go from there. This is why I say she was genuinely interested in helping me. Well, I kid you not, I started seeing results after the 2nd day. I was like there’s no way, no way these natural products are clearing this redness up. After a week, I was like wow. I was shocked. After 2 weeks, the redness was gone. I am not exaggerating when I say LIFE-CHANGING! Your face is the first thing people see and I was just so down on my luck, but now, hands down Sensatia takes the gold. I will forever be a customer and will never use anything else. My friends have noticed the difference and one even asked if she could share some photos I had sent her because her friend was dealing with the same issue and couldn’t find anything to work. If you’re like me and have sensitive skin and have tried everything, give this stuff a shot! Obviously I can only speak from my own personal experience and all of our bodies are different, but if my review can help push someone to try these products and they actually work, then my job is complete. Thanks again, Aggy! And thanks to Sensatia for developing such great products. I now have the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and toothpaste. They’ve also got a nice reward program where you get points to redeem for the empty bottles you...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Sensatia, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by a soothing and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.
I was in need of refills for my body wash and body lotion, and Sensatia had an impressive array of options to choose from. The selection was not only extensive but also of the highest quality, with each product crafted with natural ingredients that are both nourishing for the skin and environmentally friendly. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide me through the various options available, providing detailed information on the ingredients and benefits of each product.
After exploring the different choices, I decided to go with the calming body wash refill and the hydrating lotion. The calming body wash was a delight for the senses, with its gentle and soothing fragrance that helped me relax and unwind after a long day. The formula was gentle on my skin, leaving it feeling clean and refreshed without any harsh chemicals.
As for the hydrating lotion, it was a game-changer for my skin. The lotion was incredibly moisturizing, sinking into my skin effortlessly and providing long-lasting hydration without feeling greasy. The addition of hydrogen in the formula gave my skin a noticeable boost of hydration, leaving it feeling plump and radiant.
I was truly impressed by the quality and effectiveness of the products at Sensatia. Not only did they meet my skincare needs, but they exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and luxury. Read moreTerrible products. I kept purchasing Sensatia products and have to stop doing it now after buying multiple shampoos and conditioners. Their shampoo and conditioners aren’t cheap, abroad you can get something way nicer for those prices. Whenever I wash my hair, my hair is extremely oily. After contacting them they said to wash them twice. I’m shampooing them 4 times and spend around 20 minutes just for my hair routine to make sure there is no residue in my hair from shampoo or their conditioner. Upon drying I keep realizing every time that my hair is absolutely oily, not from before but from the products. So I ended up spending over 100$ and not to mention the time washing and blow drying my hair, just to have to realize that their products are making you worse instead of better. Their cosmetic line isn’t any different. I purchased their tooth paste and whenever I used a new tube it exploded on the other side and broke the tube. Or the toothpaste will just run out of the tube. Their expensive glass bottles products don’t make any difference. Even worse, after spending so much money they are turning bad after having them in my room. You’ve to keep them in the fridge but no one remembers that you put them there- it makes it harder for your daily skincare routine. Overall very expensive products which only make you feel good because you feel like you’re not using chemicals- but they don’t have any effect on you- quite the opposite- they make your appearance worse and...
