We came 3 times.
First time, everything was great and the table are definitely excellent and well maintained, ame for the cue. There is a person to set the balls after each party. The place is cool. So actually the first time would have been a 5 stars.
But..
All started from the 2nd time.
2nd time, we came, all table were full except one, which there is a minimum spending and its 250K/hour for the table.. why? I dont know.. maybe because there is couch next to it.. don't think it justify the price but ok.. then they told us to wait 45min for the actual table we wanted to play on. Said ok thats fine, then told the lady we gonna wait upstairs because my friend wants to smoke (smoking area is upstairs in a box of glass). We came back downstairs after 40min, asked her how long we still have to wait and she said 35min.. I was like.. what?? Then the said that we didnt confirm that we wanted to wait for the table.. like really?! I spent 10min at the bar theb told her we go upstairs to wait.. she didnt even try to find a solution or be sorry, she just didnt care at all. So we left.. This is really bad client services..
3rd time, we decided to come back today (which is actually the next day of the 2nd time). Cool the table was directly available. We played, everything was fine, the lady was setting the balls after each party and then one of her colleague came to us and said that this service is reserved for VIP and we are not so we have to set the balls by ourself.. ok.. why it was not like this the other times? They told us there is a 50% discount today so its 50K rather than 100K/hour, ok got it and thats actually the reason why the lady shouldnt have set the balls for us.. is it a discount or paying for another type of service? Anyway this situation was really bad.. so then the lady just stand doing nothing and watching us because actually there was only us playing. And this is not what we call a discount when you reduce the prestation or the quality of service. It doesnt make sens, wrong conception from the owner about client services and management.. so he prefers pay a person standing doing nothing than make his client services to the best.
So for the 2nd time and 3rd time it ends up with...
Read moreToday, we went to the Brooklyn Billiard Club. We just wanted to play billiards, but we were only informed after we had already started playing that we also had to take a table for 300,000 IDR. On top of the pool fees. This meant we had to spend 300,000 IDR on things we didn’t even want.
Fair enough—but if you’re required to spend that amount, you at least expect polite and friendly staff. Unfortunately, that was absolutely not the case. They came to inform us that the food would be late because the kitchen is busy
After an hour of playing, our food finally arrived. But shortly after, we were rudely asked to move because our time was up. We were still ordering food, and they came to interrupt us a few more times while we were eating, so much that we told them to pack our order.
Conclusion: I wouldn’t recommend this place. Save your money—the food wasn’t great, and the service was a solid...

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great service. There’s a great selection of drinks and snacks, and the vibe is relaxed yet full of energy. It's the perfect spot to unwind with friends, practice your shots, or even join in on a local tournament.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality time and top-notch billiards. I’ll definitely be coming...
