کیفیت خوب و مکان زیبایی داشتن. اما دوتا ایراد اساسی که در انتها اشاره می‌کنم باعث میشه که دیگه رفتن به این کافه رو تجربه نکنم. از نظر زیبایی و طعم آب‌جو واقعن تجربه‌ی خوبی بود. کافه واقعن زیبا بود و یه حس خیلی خوبی رو منتقل می‌کرد. دیزاین واقعن قشنگ بود. از موزه دیدن نکردم چون بر خلاف برنامه‌ای که نوشته بودن، بسته بود. مشکل اول اینه که بین کافه‌ها باب شده برای افزایش ترافیک، از بلاگرها استفاده کنن. بلاگر هرکاری دلش بخواد می‌کنه و با ابتذال از یک مکان زیبا و مثلن آرتیستیک بازدید می‌کنه. و خب احتمالن باعث افزایش ترافیک هم میشه. اما من در جایگاه یک عکاس مستند|خیابانی وقتی وارد شدم و چندتا عکس معمولی گرفتم و دقت کردم اثر مشکل‌سازی برای کافه ثبت نکنم، با تذکر هرچند محترمانه رو به رو شدم. که عکاسی با دوربین حرفه‌ای از فضای کافه ممنوع هستش. درواقع تلاش من در قالب آرت نابود میشه و به بلاگر سخیف بها داده میشه. هرچند سپس در اینستاگرام ازشون برای استفاده اجازه گرفتم که گفتن عکاسی با دوربین، در کافه ایرادی نداره. اینجا سوال دیگه‌ای بوجود میاد. این قانون نانوشته و مسخره که بین دوربین عکاسی و موبایل تمیز می‌دن و یکیش مجازه یکیش خیر رو درک نمی‌کنم! در نهایت در نوشیدنی توت‌فرنگی-بادم‌زمینی متاسفانه مو دیده شد. کاش اندازه توهمی که از مارکتینگ و برندینگ دارن، روی کیفیت و بهداشت تمرکز می‌کردند.

A must visit gallery which was rehabilitated from beer factory to a gallery. In basement is a permanent one full of art works from famous artists. The cafe of this complex, which is one of Sam coffee's branches in Tehran. Is well decorated and you can taste a good coffee.

Loved the place. there's a cafe in the front yard. there's no place to park your car. Staff were awesome and friendly. There's a store there too, to buy stuff. There is an elevator in the building for disabled ones.

این بنای ۹۰ ساله روزگاری در دهه ۳۰ و ۴۰ کارخانه آبجوسازی بوده که اکنون سال‌هاست متروکه شده است. اینکه چه طور این بنا در روزهای انقلاب از تخریب در امان مانده مربوط به داستان تیمساری می‌شود که در همسایگی این کارخانه زندگی می‌کرده و از آلودگی آن شکایت داشته و موفق می‌شود در سال‌های پیش از انقلاب دستور تعطیلی این کارخانه را بگیرد. متولی بنای آرگو پس از انقلاب که یکی از نهادهای حکومتی بود، در سال ۹۵ این بنا را به مزایده گذاشت که در این مزایده بنیاد پژمان که بنیاد فرهنگی - هنری است، این بنا را خرید. این بنا در بهمن سال ۹۵ برای اولین بار افتتاح شد و تا کنون چند نمایشگاه در آن برگزار شده است. یک کافه نیز درون این بنا قرار دارد.

The old factory which is renovated and now is host of many art projects and also there is a cafe there to enjoy after your visit. The whole area is nice to visit and see the old part of central Tehran.
