If I could put zero stars, I would have given them :| Very bad behavior toward people who are waiting outside of the embassy besides stupid useless online appointment system!!! most of the times, visitors have to stand in very long line for hours on-foot in hot sunlight or cold weather. This shows that whether they have a very poor time management or they don't care about their visitors' satisfaction and conditions. Most of visitors are afraid to complain about the mentioned cases, because they are afraid of VISA rejection or delay.
Also, very very bad and useless online appointment reservation... My sis was trying to take a student VISA appointment for 5 weeks. So far, all the time schedules are full when the site has opened or will be filled in seconds!! Other reviews (google or forums) emphasis on this fact too. Certainly there is a BLACK MARKET for appointment which suppose to be free. If you are in hurry you will have to refer to the black market and pay a lot of money (250-300 Euro). I believe that there are some connections and defects that the embassy knows them but they DON'T MIND to fix them. they don't even respond to your objection!
Besides, the number of appointments are not adequate for a populous country like Iran, but again, they haven't consider this fact. Obviously, In July and August, Student VISA requires more appointments but the appointments number are fixed. therefore, it's very very hard to get an appointment. I have told them about this issue and solution by sending emails, but they didn't care at all!!! yeah.. they didn't care. they just apologized which isn't useful for me. apology doesn't help me, does it???
Finally, very time consuming VISA process for Iranian. It usually takes 1.5 month for Student VISA. I don't know about the TOURIST VISA issuance period. Staff of the embassy aren't negotiable about their visitor conditions. There is no direct contact even by the phone. They are ridiculously very severe in their job!!
I have gone to U.S.A embassy in Dubai and Italian embassy. Compared to them, German embassy is terrible and needs a lot of...
Read moreIn Germany, human rights only exist on paper. In reality, they do not exist at all because the German government treats immigrants from different countries differently. This is an undisputed fact. Afghan applicants for families reunification must wait five years for a spouse visa, whereas Turks, Egyptians, Chinese and Bosnians, among others, receive theirs in less than a year. This is unfair, because we pay 900 euros in taxes and 800 euros in rent every month. We are independent and hope that our spouses will join us, which is our legal right. We are not asking the racist German government for anything other than a visa for our spouses. I hope that Germans understand the meaning of humanity and honour! I hope they realise how different their behaviour and...
