Herzliya Beach — Attraction in Herzliya

Herzliya is one of the beaches around Tel Aviv, where you can surf & kitesurf or just walk along the coast for hours, passing the surfers, paddle boarders, beach ping pong players and happy families around. It has a wheelchair accessibility by 2 elevators and the trails not along the beach, but strait to the sea line. There are several cafes around so you can have a bite any time till late night, and the guards working till around 7.00 p.m. After 7.00 pm there is a warning voice message not to swim in the water because of the absence of the guard. And there is the reason for that due to the water currents that are commun in Israel. So stay always on the safe side, don’t swim too far from the shore & check the guards first before...

Hertzliya beach is a beautiful beach right in the heart of Hertzliya, specifically Hertzliya Pituach. An affluent part of Israel with extremely beautiful villa's. I really like this beach, specifically for one reason, the water is warm since it is connected to the Mediterranean Sea. The Mediterranean Sea is somewhat landlocked which allows the water to warm up given the high temperatures in the region. So even though Eilat is far hotter than Hertzliya, it is connected to the Indian Ocean/Atlantic Ocean, making the water on the Eilat Beach...

Soooo overrated. Went to a hotel there and it was so subpar for the price I was paying. Went to netanya and it’s the best beach by far. There are large rocks blocking the waves which allows for nice swimming and not as harsh of waves. Barely any shells. Herziliya has a ton.
