Herzliya is one of the beaches around Tel Aviv, where you can surf & kitesurf or just walk along the coast for hours, passing the surfers, paddle boarders, beach ping pong players and happy families around. It has a wheelchair accessibility by 2 elevators and the trails not along the beach, but strait to the sea line. There are several cafes around so you can have a bite any time till late night, and the guards working till around 7.00 p.m. After 7.00 pm there is a warning voice message not to swim in the water because of the absence of the guard.
