Handicap Beach — Attraction in Herzliya

the lifeguards are lazy and rude. you're only allowed to swim in a narrow area confined by flags/buoys. Even on days when the current is NOT dangerous or strong. You can honestly tell with these lifeguards that they are just LAZY and don't want people venturing out too far where they might have to pay attention and do their job. The sea is also covered in trash. Every time I go, I am collecting fistfuls of plastic and trash. This beach is terrible, and I refuse to go any more -- despite the fact I am staying in a house RIGHT in front of it....
