One of the most rude behavior, first of all one Asian woman welcome us in the store and told us to go visit the rooftop but once the Italian person noticed we are not Asian he told us that it’s a private zone and we are not allowed where just in front of us he let another Japanese tourist went there. Double standards probably based on who will left...

Such a nice experience! I would recommend visiting this little shop when you see the Trulli Village! The family who live here are so welcoming and friendly, the shop has nice items especially the truffle products which we were able to try and buy. Definitely...

Francesco and his son Antonio are incredibly kind and helpful. It's rare to find shop owners genuinely interested in a certain person vs seeing a tourist only as a source of $$.

ツアーでアルベルベッロへ行きました。この店に対して添乗員の「自己責任で買い物してください」と奥歯にものの挟まった言い方に違和感を抱いていましたが、google mapの評価を見て感じるものがありました。 評価は二分化されており、悪い評価には多くの「いいね」が有りました。これはそのコメントと同じ経験をした人が多い証です。そして添乗員に連れていかれた人の評価が低いようです。 コメント全体では良い評価の方が多いし、コメント数の多い人が良い評価をしています。 以下は私の感想です。 ツアー代金を低くするために店に連れていき、リベートで相殺するのは旅行会社の常套手段です。店も旅行会社や添乗員に払うリベート代を稼ぐために強い接客をすることになると思います。 私は屋上に上がらせてもらい親切にしていただき、良い印象を持っています。 息子さんは親切で商売熱心です。対して、陽子さんは商売上の愛想はないが誠実そうでした。押し売りの感じはありませんし、他の店より高い事もないと思いました。 外国で日本人が日本人に対し日本のおもてなしを期待するのは酷なような気がします。
