We had a great overall experience here, enjoying fast service, fair prices, and genuinely delicious food.
We began with the Burrata with a Reduction. It was tasty and well-prepared, though not particularly memorable—just a good solid start.
The main dishes, however, were absolutely superb.
My father had a Steak. It was incredibly tender, comparable to Wagyu, and served with a special urgent sauce . The quality was fantastic, but the portion was a bit small. A simple side of potatoes or a small garnish would have made the dish complete. Given the fair price and high quality, it was still excellent. In my opinion, the best dish aside from the steak was the Gnocchi with Yellow Tomato Sauce and Pesto. It was truly amazing! The balance of the sauce, the pesto, and the little bit of cheese made the dish absolutely complete. It's a must-try. I had the Truffle Pasta. It was delicious, with a great portion size, and I have no complaints. The balance between the rich cream sauce and the fragrant black truffle shavings was perfect. My sister's Ravioli (likely the pasta covered in two sauces) was also very delicious, though it arrived a little cold. If it had been served slightly warmer, it would have been perfect.
All in all, this was a great dining experience. The prices are fair and the service was quick. While this isn't the place to absolutely gorge yourself on huge protein portions, it's definitely worth a visit for a smaller, tasty, high-quality meal in a fine dining style. We highly recommend trying the steak and...

Last night, we had the pleasure of dining at Corte dei Trulli in Alberobello, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, with a warmth and friendliness that set the tone for the evening. The restaurant’s interior is absolutely stunning, blending traditional charm with a cozy, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
The service was top-notch—attentive but never intrusive, with the staff offering helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and it made the dining experience all the more enjoyable.
Now, let’s talk about the food! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The ingredients were fresh, and you could tell a lot of care had gone into crafting each plate. It was a true celebration of local flavors, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choices. The wine list also complemented the meal perfectly, adding another layer to the experience.
If you’re visiting Alberobello, I can’t recommend Corte dei Trulli enough. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or just a special night out, this place delivers in spades. The combination of fantastic service, incredible food, and a charming atmosphere makes it a standout in the area. Definitely...
Read moreUnfortunately, it’s by far the worst pasta I’ve had in Puglia.
Came in for lunch and no reservations were needed. The restaurant was nicely decorated and modern.
For starters: Ordered red shrimp tartare and it was not cleaned or deveined properly. There was quite a lot of intestines mixed together with the tartare which honestly was not appealing. I wished the tartare was served cold instead of room temperature. The dish lacked seasoning as well.
For mains: We ordered ravioli and lemon taglolini with raw shrimps. I do not recommend the taglolini at all. Pasta was overcooked, and said “raw shrimps” was mushy shrimp paste (like the kind you see in Chinese hot pot). What made it worse, was the presentation. Since the shrimp paste was in tube forms, it looked really unappetising - not to mention a lack of texture in the dish. Totally felt scammed as I thought it was a misrepresentation. I’ve since pasta dishes with actual raw red shrimps and this is definitely not one of them.
This is the first time I had a bad dining...
