Mercatino Usato Catania — Attraction in Catania

This evening, I brought a large bag with all sorts of stuff, including clothes. To sum up the experience, let's just say there's poor communication between the employees: the ones evaluating anything but clothes (let's call them A) sent me to the one evaluating only the clothes (let's call her B). I brought the clothes to B, who accepted nothing (and that's okay; sometimes, you get lucky, and sometimes, you don't). When I brought the other items to A, they accepted a handful of them, but insisted that B should have prepared the contract despite the fact that I had already told them that she hadn't accepted any clothes! A behaved so rudely with no reason (I was NOT a Karen, I waited patiently because there were other people besides me, I was okay with the prices decided for my items... I even said sorry to B for wasting her time, although she answered that she was just doing her job!) that I left them with nothing to sell because I took my stuff back home before the contract was finalized. The reason why I didn't give 1 star is B. I worked in retail, and I know that sometimes things aren't always okay at work, but trust me: almost lashing out at your customers do NOT solve the work-related issues that the customers are NOT responsible for....

Irrispettosi e arroganti, non sono stato degnato nemmeno di scuse:

Trovo, dopo lunghe ricerche, un modello di grammofono da sala della voce del padrone - dimensione di un mobile medio - disponibile nella loro sezione online. Trovando accettabile il prezzo faccio immediatamente richiesta dell'oggetto nella sezione "prenota il prodotto" confidando che questo venga considerato impegnato fino al pagamento, che sarà disponibile solo dopo avermi comunicato l'importo della spedizione. Tenendoci, sono pronto ad accettare, entro i limiti dell'assurdo, qualunque richiesta. Due giorni dopo, non avendo ricevuto ancora nessuna risposta alla prima conferma via email, decido di chiamare per assicurarmi che sia tutto ok e qui l'amara notizia: "si, è stato venduto qui in negozio". Al mio chiedere spiegazioni di come sia possibile vista la prenotazione, la persona al telefono cerca di convincermi che il tutto sia corretto in quanto io non avessi ancora pagato e dal momento che, a quanto pare, chi esprime il suo interesse di persona passi in priorità - il tutto ovviamente senza bisogno di informare chi nella mia situazione. Capito che ormai il danno era fatto cerco di protestare sperando che almeno questo meccanismo venga evitato in futuro ma ricevo solo risposte irritate volte a convincermi che non solo loro non fossero nel torto ma che non sarebbero nenanche stati irrispettosi. Un tempo si dava importanza alla persona, oggi nenache ai soldi che si impegna a pagare - daltronde il venditore ha sempre ragione. Non ricevo nenache delle scuse e la chiamata termina.

Spero che chi ci fosse al telefono capisca che in questi casi il cliente è deluso, e che quindi sia insensato rispondere in malo modo e con rabbia e confido che il Responsabile del mercatino provi, per quanto in suo potere, a migliorare questo disservizio. Purtroppo ho visto da altre recensioni che non sono stato l'unico a vivere questa situazione. Mercatino Franchise è una buona catena ma spero in futuro di non dover più trattare con questa...
