We had only room for pasta dishes and some desert and where amazed by the freshness of the fish served with the pasta and the wonderful taste from the combination of pasta, fish, garlic and herbs. Visitato precedentemente qualche anno fa' - prima del covid. Oggi ci sono capitato quasi per caso. Nella precedente esperienza che risale ad almeno tre anni fa'. Nulla di particolarmente interessante. Oggi invece ho trovato un ristorante che non ha nulla a che invidiare ad altri, anzi invidiabile, gestito da un intera famiglia, totalmente e indiscutibilmente in armonia tra loro. Facilmente si capisce che l'obbiettivo di tutti è fare rimanere contenti i clienti. Veniamo al sodo! Antipasto di pesce, soute di frutti di mare, pasta cacio e cozze. Oltre all'aperitivo offerto e dolcini e liquori anch'essi offerti. Da professionisti gli antipasti vengono serviti prima quelli freddi e poi quelli caldi appena preparati. Eccellenti sotto ogni punto di vista. La pasta, pennette, su specifica richiesta erano a dir poco sublimi, degne dei migliori chef. Complimenti. Il soute di frutti di mare in realtà trattavasi di un soute di mare completo, ben lavorato e ben servito. Tutto abbondante e a prove di qualsiasi critica.
