Bar Sapienza — Restaurant in Catania

It was terribly horrible. I wish to give 0 star if it's possible. Their service ruined our lovely memories in Catania in 1 second. All of them were rude, especially a lady at the counter. She was yelling at us to put our luggage under the table (so that we couldn't sit at all), she stepped on my foot while I was bringing my coffee from the bar and never said sorry, moreover she was just laughing at me in a bad way. Also when I was lined up for paying bills, she ignored me and take care of another guy who came later than me. I told her that I came first, but she seemed angry and stopped me talking. I know it would be very challenging to work in front of bus terminal with busy atmosphere, but at least they shouldn't be rude. Thank you very much for spoiling my good...

Updated 2024: I had also a spinach arancino and a pizzetta with olive oil. Super delicious. Again one of the best in catania. Try also their Neapolitan babba’ or a simple “graffa” which is our Sicilian doughnut. So goood

Il posto si trova a qualche minuto a piedi dal centro in una strada principale.

È abbastanza frequentato, presenta una buona scelta di roba mangereccia tra panzerotti di diversi gusti, pizze etc.

Lo stile non è moderno ed alcune parti necessitano di un ammodernamento o riparazione (porta bagno).

Ho avuto modo di assaggiare: Arancini con pistacchio parzialmente Arancino con norma (sugo e melanzane fritte) Arancino con ricotta e spinaci

Tutti buoni ma il gusto sarebbe stato sicuramente più buono se non fossero stati riscaldati al microonde.

Costo modico, circa 2/2.5 ad arancini.

Il servizio è stato rapido, in 5 minuti si mangia. Purtroppo nonostante avessi chiesto gli ingredienti per evitare di mangiare carne di maiale, mi sono trovato costretto a lasciare dopo un morso l arancino con il pistacchio.

Credo che qualche accortezza in più come l attenzione al servizio e piccole riparazioni potrebbe...
