Awesome experience here! Didn’t know a Singapore milk tea brand is here in Milan & let’s just say that they have the BEST iced matcha coffee in Milan… or at least in this area. It was impossible for us to get ice latte in the Italian cafes coz they usually drink their coffee’s hot. Either Starbucks or this place is good. 👍 Well done kudos to the 2 young ladies who are running the shop. Clean comfortable & fast service. Keep up the good work. I’ve been coming to this store almost every single day. The previous staff were always friendly, welcoming, and professional — which is probably the only reason I kept coming back so often.

But today’s experience? Honestly, it felt like I accidentally walked into a luxury boutique where the staff decided I didn’t “look the part.” The expression, the tone — cold, dismissive, and dripping with condescension — as if serving a loyal, paying customer was somehow beneath them.
