Being celiac can be a challenge for you and for your family and friends. When I walked into Officina Zero I felt literally IN HEAVEN ! ☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️ Looking at all the things I could eat without worrying was simply the best. 🍞🍖🥖🥞🍕🍰🍪🥧☕️ I felt like a kid walking into a candy store! 🙃 I was there for lunch the day we arrived. We had pizza, panzerotti fritti, cappuccino, and mini crostatas for dessert. Everything was indescribably amazing and delicious. We took home one bombolone filled with cream, and another one filled with pistachio cream. The next morning we had breakfast there. Cornettos, pizza and some sweet pastry. We also took some filled Cornettos for the trip to Lago Como. One filled with pistachio, one with Nutella, one with apricot marmalade and one with cream. It was the best idea ever, since there was nothing gluten free to eat on the boat. Sunday they were closed, but on Monday we had breakfast again, and bought some panzerotti fritti and sweet pastries for the trip. Gianluca the owner was simply great. He sat down with is at the table, and spent some time with us. He shared his passion for gluten free baking, and some baking tips, recipes and tips about the city. Azid was also great taking care of our orders, and our to go wishes. Officina Zero is a little gem 💎 in Milan. If tou are gluten intolerant or celiac, don't miss this opportunity ti feel I'm heaven. Thank you Gianluca for making me so,...

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Earlier today, we stopped by for a piece of cake and a tart, which were just okay. We also ordered some focaccia bread to take away. We were sorry to have missed breakfast and mentioned that our train was leaving early the next morning. The worker/owner told us to come back before closing and promised to have items ready for us.

When we returned at 6:45 pm, the staff told us they didn’t have anything available except for the same bread they were selling earlier. After explaining that we were specifically told to come back for additional items, he simply shrugged and apologized, then proceeded to lock up about five minutes before closing.

This was our first bad gluten-free experience in Italy, and we left feeling very let down by the poor service and unfulfilled promise. Definitely not the welcoming experience we...

🌟 Amazing Gluten-Free Bakery! 🌟

I recently discovered Officina Zero, and I can't stop raving about it! If you're looking for delicious gluten-free treats, this is the place to go. Their croissants are nothing short of perfection — flaky, buttery, and utterly delightful. It’s hard to believe they’re gluten-free!

The pastries are equally impressive, with a variety of flavors that cater to every craving. Each bite is a testament to their skill and dedication to gluten-free baking. And let's not forget the focaccia — it's soft, flavorful, and a must-try!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Whether you have dietary restrictions or simply love great baked goods, Officina Zero is a gem that you won't want to miss. I highly recommend stopping by to treat yourself!

Before and after (within 5 minutes) of my birthday cake! 🎂 I knew I wanted my birthday cake from this bakery because it’s the only place that never makes me sick. I have MCAS, which means a lot of foods can be triggers but not here. Everything I’ve had has been completely safe for me. I stopped by in the morning, saw a crostata in the window, and thought: That’s it! I asked to customise the toppings and remove the blackberries (I’m allergic), and it was no problem at all. The result? A beautiful, delicious cake that even my non-gluten-free, non-dairy-free family loved so much! Even the children!! the five of us all had second helpings! 🥳 Highly recommend this place if, like me, you’re intolerant to a million things but still want to enjoy amazing baked goods.

This place is amazing, my wife even said, sometimes gluten-free pizza doesn’t satisfy my desire for pizza, but this did. It’s a beautiful, thick crust pizza absolutely delicious. We had one piece with olives and another slice with cheese. It was absolutely worth the effort to get over here. We’re about to eat the pastries. Will have to add to this review later. So the pastries were amazing, my wife said this may be the best gluten-free food she has ever had. The pistachio tart it’s like is the most delicious Nutella, except with pistachio or the filling, and the crust is phenomenal.
