Pasta was seriously undercooked and I'm quite positive that the sauce was out of a tin. Staff was annoyed when we asked for an English menu, but at least they had one, 3 tiny tables outside on the street. Food was ready in 10 minutes, which also explains the pasta I had. I do not recommend anyone going there. *** update *** Replying to the restaurant: your response clearly shows that sort of attitude which we experienced in the "restaurant" as well. It is always eaier to blame the tourist's lack of knowledge of the place and dishes than taking responsibility for the unacceptable food they made. I've been in Italy multiple times, in different cities, I'm also familiar with the term "al dente". However there is a huge difference between al dente and RAW pasta. I even sent the pictures to my italian friends (who were born and raised in Italy before you start questioning their origin too) asking if this is ok or normal in any way. They said no, and they would never pay for that just keep sending it back until they can make it right. If I really have to take responsibility for this part, I'd yes, you are right, i should've sent it back. To be honest, i did not want to deal with the staff anymore after getting an eye roll when we asked for an English menu. So still, that's a no from me.

I rarely give feedback for businesses unless it feels absolutely necessary and when I do, it’s usually because they’re either exceptional or deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, It was the latter. Arriving in Milan too late for lunch and too early for dinner, we blindly followed the positive reviews and decided to give this place a try . In hindsight, we should’ve trusted our instinct and turned away when we noticed a family of 4 leave half their bowls untouched. Minutes later, they walked past us with a bag of KFC, curiously observing our reactions. The pasta was undercooked , flavorless and mainly inedible . Just as many negative reviews have warned. It was a big let down and we definitely felt robbed . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They saved us when we were hungry and looking for exactly this type of place - with quick, fresh made, delicious and cheap pasta for takeaway. It's 15 minutes on foot from the train station Milano Centrale and it has long opening hours. Big recommendation because it was impossible to find a place like this in the old town (we tried for two hours and failed). We tried cacio e pepe, pomodoro e basilico, aglio olio and pesto genovese. Everything was great :)

WOW! The food was absolutely outstanding! The price for the quality and portion is wonderful. In our 5 days in Milan, we visited here twice and it was better than all the other highly rated restaurants we went to for pasta. A fancy, sit down restaurant would be a complete waste in comparison to the delight of this wonderful establishment so please do yourselves a favor and treat yourself to this place. I am so sad to not have this exact spot in my hometown because I would be a very loyal customer. Ivan's customer service made us sit down instead of takeout because his positive attitude contributed THAT well to the environment. The culinary ART (because yes, this type of flavor = ART) from Michael and Gloria were much appreciated by our taste buds and will haunt our dreams. I think every pasta I have for the rest of my life will only be disappointing now :) Bravo all around! They...
