Kiko Milano — Attraction in Milan

My mom was quite excited when I told her we were going to Kiko Milano. However, we ended up facing a complete lack of customer service. It was impossible to get help from the consultants. They just kept walking around the store. When we finally stopped one, she redirected us to another employee, who then passed us off to a third. She acted as if we were bothering her and showed no desire to assist at all. In the end, she picked out a lip liner that supposedly matched, took a new one from the drawer, and brought it to the cashier. Ho comprato, ormai un mese fa, un pennarello sopracciglia, in quanto mi avevano fatto provare il tester e mi era piaciuto l’effetto. Mi sono subito accorta che il prodotto da me acquistato era difettoso perché non scriveva o pochissimo. Telefono al negozio da cui avevo effettuato l’acquisto avvertendo però che non avevo più lo scontrino. La commessa mi dice che non c’è problema e mi invita a portarglielo. Una volta li, mi spiega che dovrei sbattere il pennarello come se fosse un termometro per far scendere l’inchiostro. A me pare un po’ una assurdità dover sempre fare sta manovra (anche perché nel frattempo la commessa sporca, ovviamente, il negozio di gocce di inchiostro). Ma non ho voglia di fare problemi accetto questa modalità e torno a casa un po’ scontenta e con la convinzione di essere stata raggirata. Anche in questo caso la commessa fintamente gentile mi riferisce di tornare se ci sono problemi. Dopo tre giorni poco convinta della sua “soluzione “ torno (ci sono sempre commesse diverse, quindi devi nuovamente rispiegare tutti) e questa volta mi dicono (c’era anche una responsabile) che il pennarello lo devo tenere stranato durante l’applicazione. Sempre meno convinta con sempre più la sensazione di essere stata imbrogliata, torno a casa con il pennarello che scrive poco. Oggi applicandolo con entrambi i suggerimenti ne ho avuta la certezza. Il tappo si è riempito nel frattempo di inchiostro. Ho sporcato dappertutto e….il pennarello con la punta perennemente bianca rimane così. Mi sento un po’ boccalona ad aver bevuto le baggianate che mi hanno passato pur di non cambiarmi un prodotto difettoso. Ah, dimenticavo sono andata in un altro punto vendita ed ho chiesto di farmi provare il pennarello ….morale scrive alla perfezione non bisogna sbatacchiare e non è necessario inclinare totalmente …..scrive dalla punta!
