The only positive thing is that the aquapark and saunas look nice. Stuff and service is really bad and unhelpful. We went to sauna and aquapark in the evening but pool closes at 8pm and saunas 9:30pm and there are different lockers for each place and to one of them you can’t get later when you are in sauna - but none tells you (even though they sell you tickets for it) and we lost 20 mins just finding out information and moving our clothes from one locker to another. Another bad thing is that they give you paper ticket which you need to use going from pool to sauna and otherwise - very unpractical in wet surrounding! Incredibly rude and disrespectful staff. We accidentally overstayed our 3 hour tickets by 10 minutes and we were forced to pay 6 euros to exit. Daylight robbery behaviour, zero empathy or understanding from the woman at the front desk. Plus, the hydration area in the sauna did not even have any snacks or teas as any wellness center does and should have as a minimum. The services are not worth the high cost of 9 euros per hour. Left with an incredibly bitter taste in our mouth, if this is how you think you should operate your business good luck keeping customers. Never setting foot...

Esperienza orribile! Dopo aver guidato per un' ora per raggiungere questo così ben recensito parco acquatico, sono entrato stamattina alle 12 con mia moglie e mia figlia, e inconsapevole di quello che ci aspettasse, ho pagato 2 ingressi giornalieri (28 euro totali) e la bimba di 3 anni gratis. Fino agli spogliatoi nessun problema ma una volta entrati nella zona piscine mi sono trovato di fronte ad una bolgia infernale. Una fiumana di persone ammassate alla rinfusa tra due piscinette per bambini ( di cui una era anche lo sbocco dello scivolo ad acqua) e una piscina olimpionica di 25 metri. Nessun posto libero dove poggiare asciugamani o potersi sedere, tanto che la gente lasciava i propri oggetti negli angoli e posti più disparati. Due poveri bagnini super stressati poiché tenere sotto controllo ed in sicurezza quel mare di gente era praticamente impossibile. Dato che l'ambiente interno era riscaldato ( fuori c'erano 15-16 gradi), ho chiesto ad uno del personale se fosse possibile chiudere la porta d'emergenza che dava sull'esterno, che in quel momento era aperta, altrimenti i bambini avrebbero preso freddo. La ragionevole risposta del dipendente è stata: " Vorrei poterla accontentare, ma purtroppo devo evitare che l'umidità interna salga oltre il 70% e che la sala si saturi di cloro. Normalmente non sarebbe un problema chiuderla se ci fosse meno gente, ma l'attuale quantità di persone non me lo permette. Ho fatto presente a chi di dovere di contingentare gli ingressi, ma da come può vedere è stato inutile " . Nonostante gli ingressi giornalieri dopo neanche un'ora e mezza eravamo fuori dal complesso.
