5 stars. Eliza at the tourist office was so incredibly helpful in helping us get to the train station after we struggled for hours to get a taxi. Not only did she help us find a taxi, she also helped us with a back up plan to make the next train in case we missed ours and printed out the train schedule. Not only was she helpful, she was very friendly (not only to us but to other tourists as well) and made sure we made it into the car okay. She deserves a bonus. Thank...

Ben posizionato, come è giusto che sia, fuori dal centro storico e adiacente al parcheggio. L'ufficio forse andrebbe segnalato meglio. Per quanto riguarda il paese, questo si presenta già bene da lontano, mentre si attraversa la Val di Chiana. Parcheggi adeguati al flusso turistico, quelli comodi però, sono limitati per cui o si attende o se ne cercano di alternativi. Alcuni di quelli obbligano a delle performance fisiche che non tutti possono permettersi. Il paese è bello e ben manutenuto. Cestini della spazzatura frequenti e mai pieni. Qualche proprietà privata poco curata penalizza il tutto, ma per fortuna sono poche. Servizi igienici poco segnalati considerando che i bar non sono poi moltissimi. Tanti negozi per il commercio del prodotto locale; il vino, pochi (ma di grande qualità) quelli che lo valorizzano con dei bei...
