I had previously stayed in these apartments (formerly known as Politian Apartments) with my family in 2016 and loved everything about it. I just returned with my partner and children in 2020 for another perfect stay! The owner Giacomo has recently refurbished the flats making them even more pleasant with many lovely details such as the toiletries and the complimentary wine. The apartments are set in the best part of the town, close to all shops and amenities, yet away from the bustling areas. The secluded garden behind the main building is a little gem and a rarity in a medieval town. Just having a space to sit out in adds to the charm of this accommodation. Giacomo and his colleague Giovanna are wonderful hosts and available for any queries and suggestions as to places to visit. Located in tourist path of Montepulciano of Tuscany. This apartment stay was a wonderful place that really gave you taste of belonging to apart of the Montepulciano community. My apartment had a medium size bedroom, a small living room a kitchen and sitting area. The bathroom with a shower along with a washing machine was in the the back. I shopped at Conad grocery store which has most of the foods on my meal plan. I enjoyed preparing breakfast and dinner in the kitchen. It is an invigorating walk, a step away from the apartment throughout this old Renaissance city. There is a court yard with lounge chairs a tables. The friendly apartment owner is currently renovating a space for a breakfast cafe. Giacomo the owner makes you feel at home that we invited he for dinner our last night. Stuart View Apartments are exquisetly located and beautifully maintained apartments in the heart of Montepulciano's historical centre. The flat was spotlessly clean and had all the home -from-home comforts to make our stay welcoming and relaxing. Car parking was over the road and entrance to the flat was safe and secure. Giacomo (the owner) and Giovanna (operations assistant) are incredibly friendly, professional and helpful, and always available for any queries or local advice. The views from the apartment were spectacular and there is a large choice of restaurants, shops and lovely walks as you exit the apartment; while at the same time the location of the apartments gives you a sense of quiet and peace.
