Very strategic station on business and shopping center. It nears big hall dome, mall, hotel, restaurants, companies' building, gym, etc. And also this place is connecting into AEON makuhari shintosin by bus. Can be accessed by several lines from soga, Tokyo, kimitsu, dll. And it's easy to reach from Tokyo station by Keio Line which also the same line that reach Disney Land...

Nearest station of Mitsui outlet Makuhari. There is a bus stoppage as well to go AEON Grand Mall in Makuhari. I must say that he commuters need to be careful to catch the perfect bus, because it is really confusing if you are not good at Japanese. There are many chained restaurants nearby the station. Big boys is one of my favorites which is pretty rare one in...

Sizable train station that is located next to a outlet mall retailing upscale brands. Station is connected to a couple of train lines that affords easy movement of both residents as well as visitors, not to mention access to Messe Makuhari, a popular venue for exhibitions...

③マクハリイルミのイベントで駅北口広場で2024.12.14（土）12時より開催された幕張総合高校ダンス部パフォーマンスを見てきました。３年前（当時は１月に開催）に見たことがありましたが随分印象が変わってました。いい意味でも悪い意味でも…。観衆の盛り上がりが3年前と比べてかなりトーンダウンしてました。高校生たちは相変わらずレベルの高いパフォーマンスを見せてくれましたので後はイベント運営サイドがいかに後押しするかです。今のままじゃ来年も盛り上がらないと思いますよ。 ②マクハリイルミ2024/2025を鑑賞に行きました。綺麗だけどもっと電力消費してほしいかな。昨日は表参道に行ってしまい凄いもの見た後だからそう感じたのかもしれません。12/14は幕張総合高校ダンス部のステージがあるので楽しみにしてます。 ①2024.9.1（日）に真夏の幕張ラテン祭/フェスタ・デ・ベラーノに参加したくて海浜幕張駅南口広場を訪れました。ららぽーとTOKYO-BAY近くにあるレンガ通りという日本最大心理学スポットから見ると舞浜と共に海浜幕張も重要ポイントになるのです。「南船橋駅から見てあなたはどちらに目が行くのか？」を問われるでしょう。舞浜は言わずと知れたディズニーリゾート、海浜幕張は幕張メッセがありZOZOマリンスタジアムがあり忘れられがちだがイオンタワーもあります。海浜幕張駅前広場はもっともっと有効活用されなくてはなりません。マクハリイルミとラテン祭以外に大きなイベントで何がありますか？皆さんで知恵を出し合って幕張エリアを代々木公園エリアや有明エリアに負けないイベント王国にしてもらいたいです。海浜幕張には仙台広島など地方大都市の人が眩しく感じてしまうほどに発展してほしいです。
