During my recent trip to Japan, I had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Fuk, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. In this review, I will focus on the hotel's standout feature—the exceptional onsen (hot spring) facilities, the stunning view, and the overall top-notch amenities that make Hilton Fuk a truly remarkable destination.

I booked a Double room as a diamond member. The day before check in I was upgraded to an Executive King room. A pretty good upgrade! I was readily helped in English at the elite line. The main lobby area is amazingly spacious.||The room itself was nice. The building is a bit on the older side and this feeling extends to both the room and the executive lounge. I did notice a bug in the bathroom trash can but it was just one small one. The view was great. Rooms on the west side have a view of the Fukuoka Tower area. I was on the east side which can clearly see Paypay Dome. In fact, on days when the dome was open you could even see the sports field.||The hotel itself is one of the biggest Hilton properties I’ve stayed at in Japan. The main lobby area and restaurant are amazingly spacious. There are dedicated elevators to the lower-middle floors as well as the higher floors. If going from a high level to a middle level it actually becomes necessary to transfer elevators on the 17th floor. Of course, to be clear there is direct access to the lobby no matter what floor you’re on.||The hotel is located near the ocean and is a bit far from central Fukuoka. It’s important to note that there are no nearby train or subway stations. It’s necessary to take the bus when utilizing transit. That said, the eastbound bus stop is right next to one of the hotel’s entrances while the westbound bus stop is right across the street. ||I enjoyed breakfast once as well as evening cocktail hour in the executive lounge. The staff did a good job accommodating guests and I thought the selection was fair. As I mentioned before, the building is a bit older so the lounge matched the slightly dated feeling.||I more so enjoyed breakfast in the main restaurant on the 4th floor. There were plenty of options including Hakata ramen and some delicious cocoa in the members’ area. The dining area is huge and I was glad to see there was an elite line as well as a dedicated area for Hilton members. As far as I could tell, there was no elite requirement for the members seating area so I’m puzzled why people don’t take a minute to sign up for a free membership. ||One of the best amenities that I look forward to seeing at a hotel in Japan is an onsen. This hotel indeed has one on the 7th floor. Of course, a locker room, hot bath, cold bath, and sauna were all included. As a diamond member I enjoyed complimentary access. I really enjoyed these facilities and partook every day of my stay.
