Panda Express at Rinku Premium Outlets — Restaurant in Izumisano

I was a bit disappointed by the food here! I live in Japan, so was wanting some American Chinese food for once. I wasn't expecting it to be perfect, but the food was just warm, the orange chicken had a weak taste, and the rice & noodles were weirdly oily. The Mongolian pork and black pepper chicken were nice though. I was also happy to get a fortune cookie, which I've never seen elsewhere in Japan. The drinks were free refill, and had 7up and Mountain Dew if you want some American kind of drinks (also the usual Japanese teas and soft drinks). Also the staff really looked like they couldn't be bothered...

American Chinese food in a Japanese food court? You got it right, Panda express is located in Rinku park town seaside food court.

They offer the classic panda express menu and dishes, beware that serving size is quite large so even a normal plate or a bowl would suffice for one person.

The only downside is that they serve the food cold especially if it’s been there for a long time unless you get lucky and get a newly cooked batch.

Taste wise it’s pretty good, I recommend the mandarin chicken with teriyaki sauce.
