Event square Kanmachia.(Kamimachi no mori Park.) — Attraction in Kagoshima

Posting this up for English speakers who are calisthenics or outdoor training enthusiasts. It is a struggle finding pull up bars in Kyushu...but you have a work around here: use rings.

Normally this thing is too narrow for standard pull ups. But using rings with a neutral grip make it easier. I was able to do pull ups and ring dips. You would need to adjust legs and orientation based on height and not smashing your head.

Otherwise a good park with a marked 500m circuit around it. There is a synthetic association football pitch you can rent. Grass is good if you want to do any other training.
