Catholic Kinugasa Church — Attraction in Kyoto

I first attended a Mass here in 2013. I have since enjoyed this Catholic church many times until travel was restricted. The Mass is only in Japanese but if you are familiar with the Mass you will follow it. Singing the hymns I a good way to work on reading Japanese as the words are written in Hiragana and the slow pace makes it easy to follow. The church has a warm a n d welcome feel. I attended 9:00 AM Sunday Mass at Kinugasa Catholic Holy Spirit Church. It’s just up the road from the famous Kinkakuji Temple.
