I really want to give higher rating if I can. As everyone mentioned, it is cozy and offers great service by two seniors. However, food was very average (portion and taste wise). Rice is quite big compare to the size of the fish. Deluxe Sushi Don has a LOT of rice but very thin cut sashimi. Unfortunately, it was one of my worst meals in 14 days of Japan. I am sorry for this honest feedback.

It was a small and cozy family restaurant with only 2 tables (there were 4 of us), seems like they mostly do delivery and there were only 3 staff there.
